The good:- At the reception they speak English and are very friendly.- The place is quiet.The bad:-Price per night/bungalow €25 on the third line of the beach without AC.- Deformed wooden board type mattress...very very hard.- There is no mosquito net (area with high risk of dengue)- The shower barely has pressure and is cold.- The toilet does not have a cistern... you have to pour the water in buckets.Conclusion: expensive accommodation for what it offers. I think the resort lacks maintenanceHave a good trip!

Very simple accommodation but the quietest stretch of beach on Koh Lipe. The rooms are available with and without air conditioning and are really clean. There are beach loungers, a restaurant and a BBQ every evening. The owner goes fishing every day and in the evening there is the fresh catch.The Walking Street can be reached in 10 minutes via the beach.

Simple room with a bed, a kettle to boil water. The bathroom is also very simple. The best are the hammocks on the beach that you can use all day, the mattress is too hard, but I was able to sleep 3 nights without problems. The restaurant has delicious food. The girls at the reception are very friendly. In general good, no noise at night or in the morning, the only bad thing was the mattress...

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Daya!Lovely, friendly family business with huts on the beach. Very comfortable.Know what to expect from your hut; no hot water from the shower (but the water is not very cold), the bathroom is a wetroom (which is typical for SE Asia) and the bed is a little hard (but very big!).Being in tropical island paradise, and having your own hut on a more quiet part of the beach is luxury enough, and you’ll love the time you spend here.

Unfortunately located on the end of the beach where rubbish doesn’t appear to be cleaned. The bathroom was mouldy. WiFi was broken. No air conditioning (which in fairness was advertised but I did not see). The bed was about as soft as concrete. Staff did not speak English. Restaurant was not open.

Helpful staff but the rooms are vary basic with no much place where to put our staff (one chair one table) with a lot of empty space. The rats were coming in to the room searching for food in the rubbish bin and one day ate our breakfast during the night. No hot water.

The restaurant ordered a salad that in the image had many things, it was HORRIBLE...The rooms have nothing, no hot water, no refrigerator, nothing at all, nothing at all.The location a 10

Never experienced such poor service. The fish dishes shown on the menu were all missing. That's why we were able to choose a fresh fish that they grilled for us. Unfortunately we had to wait three quarters of an hour for the side dish, so the fish was unfortunately cold. The waitress reacted apathetically and made no attempt to change anything. The taste of my food has also been much better.

First the positive:Beautiful beach location, turquoise water, very nice for swimming...restaurant had good food at reasonable prices.Negative:There was only cold water for showering, which wasn't a big deal for us personally given the weather, but not everyone likes to take a cold shower, which was pretty bad, the ceiling in the bathroom was completely covered in mold, so caution is advised for people with respiratory diseases! There was no flushing toilet for the children in the bathroom, so they had to come over to us...The beds were rock hard, like a wooden plank. What we disliked most was that unfortunately it wasn't child-friendly... A lady from the staff constantly complained to us that it was not desirable for our eleven-year-old son to play with the children who were staying in the complex (children of the staff who live there)... Our son was very sad about it, because everyone actually wanted to play together, but unfortunately he was always excluded by the lady in question and taken back to our bungalow... This ruined his vacation, which was a shame!The two stars I give are for the incredibly great location of the bungalows, nothing more!

The rooms are exclusively equipped with a rock-hard bed. The toilet does not have a cistern. The whole resort is pretty run down. The location is right on the beach and far away from the noisevery nice.

Guesthouse in an excellent location on Pattaya beach, very quiet and with fewer boats than the rest of the beach. There are a few sunbeds available for guests (free of charge).The rooms are really reduced to the essential minimum, the bed is very hard and the bathroom lacks a flush toilet and hot water. Sufficient cleaning.Excellent restaurant both during the day (fruit, Thai dishes, coffee) and in the evening (grilled fresh fish at reasonable prices).In summary, it's ok if you're looking for a cheap and unpretentious place.

Kayak at daya resort were expensive compare to others…..a lady staff at a hut beside the daya restaurant were VERY RUDE……We were cheated as she refused to give back our refund……seek better at the sunrise beach

1 star for the friendly staffs but The environment totally out.Dogs barked in the midnightWater supply which is dilute salty water from the sea, feeling sticky and salty after bathe.No good foods serve for the guest.Light and fan not working well.Insects climbing over the room and mosquitoes a lot.

I like the food here the most. Delicious, affordable price, in the style of traditional Koh Lipe people. Every time you come to Lipe, you must come here every time.
