highly recommended but i didn't get welcome ice tea on arrival. short walking distance for walking street Pattaya & Sunrise beach.But, shower water had metallic smell.

Since everything on Koh Lipe is a bit expensive, this is a good, reasonably budget accommodation. You have everything you need, nice big windows and the location is completely okay with less than 10 minutes to the beach:) The only minus is that all the doors and windows (especially in the bathroom) are not perfectly lockable so you have to be careful about ants. We also had rusty water, which isn't pleasant but isn't dramatic either. In addition, we had no breakfast and a lot of construction work (maybe come here in high season)ð

Lovely place to stay & super staff. Given a very welcome ice tea on arrival. Located just outside of the town to be quiet, but 5 mins to âwalking streetâ & beach. Good choice of breakfast & free to use snorkel gear.

Superb little guest house located in the center of the island, ideal for getting to all the beaches or places on the island on foot. Simple but clean room with a good bed and working air conditioning.Take the formula with breakfast, it is very good with several possible choices.Friendly team always there to help you

To summarize: highly recommended.I would give Noi guesthouse 10 stars for service if possible! Owners are super friendly and helpful, ready to do any adjustments and help in any way.Location: great location. Out of the noisy way but still within a short walking distance from walking street, Pattaya beach and sunrise beach.Cleanliness: great. The only thing I would say is that the water had some kind of metallic smell.Rooms and atmosphere: atmosphere is great- simple yet well designed and comfortable. Rooms are small, be aware of that. No closet or wardrobe. Little space for suitcases and the doors are huge glass. For us it was totally okay but Iâm writing in case it does bother anyone.Breakfast: we paid for a room with breakfast. You choose 1 set from a menu (for example- American breakfast with bread and coffee/tea and water/orange juice). It was a nice breakfast.Price: it was cheaper to book a night directly than in booking agoda. And in general we found it to be very good value for money compared to other stays in Ko Lipe (Ko Lipe is more expensive than most of other spots in Thailand)

Very small, but functional rooms. Super friendly owners.We stayed 4 nights and picked Noi guesthouse for it's central location on the island and a price range that doesn't break the bank. We had nice stay and would probably stay here again if we ever come back to Lipe. Especially due to the super friendly owners that made us feel truly welcome.The downstairs rooms are very compact, and there isnât much space to put clothes or bags. But everything we needed was provided: cold AC, mini fridge, TV with HDMI, water kettle and a hot shower.on the downside: The bed was on the hard side (Thai style), the fridge turned off when the key card was removed, and there are too few power plugs and their location is impractical. The water kettle, for example, hat to be placed the mattress to reach a power socket.Lipe is expensive: NOI was one of the few places that offered rooms below 1500B per night (our rate was ~1100B without breakfast). I guess it's considered good value for Lipe, but a similar room on the mainland would cost only 400-500B.

Stayed for two weeks - very newly renovated hotel. Tiny room but more than enough.The only thing is that the curtains only just cover the big glass doors, and anytime someone walks by you can see their silhouette... so at night I am worried âĶ

We really enjoyed our stay here. The price-performance ratio is great! The rooms are functional and clean. The breakfast offers a lot of choice and was consistently very tasty. Fresh orange juice is also recommended.All beaches and the city center are within walking distance. Very nice hosts. I would come back.
