Absolutely loved our stay at this charming guesthouse nestled amidst lush greenery!We are living in Thailand and visited many hotels and resorts and this place was one of the best for us for many years. The owner and her family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt like we visited our friends or family. K.Ann (owner) is amazing: very quick responses and efficient service. We also booked a boat tickets a 2 snorkling trips with them, she took care about everything.The spacious rooms were well-equipped, good for staying with kids.Be ready that electric will be off when you leave the room and please don't remove the card from the key to keep aircon on when you are out of the room. The electricity is super expensive on the island, don't try to cheat the owner who is a really nice person.My daughter enjoyed the company of their amazing parrots and cats. The clean swimming pool was a refreshing treat, and breakfast was delightful with very tasty bread. The location is really great: very close to walking street and 7-11 but still very quite. Not far from beaches as well. Our favourite is Sunset beach.Just a heads up, like much of the island, mosquitoes were prevalent, so bringing some anti-mosquito supplies is advisable. And recommend to keep the bathroom door closing all the time.Overall, a fantastic getaway spot!Ps. My daughter is missing you :)

Miss Annie is nice and understanding, taking care of us.. we had booked an outsider agent tour, she helped us check if it’s fully insured and the tourist company is reliable.. the stay was good.

I really like it. The accommodation is good, clean, the water is satisfyingly strong, the air conditioning is cool, the room is spacious, there's an extra bunk bed for the family, very big, the fan is powerful, big. Will go back and buy it, haha. As for the service, everything is good. Snorkel fins are available for rent.There is also a coin-operated washing machine. For people who stay for a long time 😸 There is a cat to take care of you late at night.

Spacious rooms, and nice outside private patio. A few of the guests were a bit loud during our stay but otherwise it’s nice and quiet. Staff are lovely. We would have stayed longer if they had room for us. Great value for money.

I spent 4 nights in Lipe Oasis, absolutely love the peaceful silence in the night with the resort tucked away from the bustling walking street. No issues with the walking distance to and fro the walking street at night, it’s generally safe for ladies traveling solo. Especially enjoyed having a large and cosy room with a lively garden with owners pets, esp the parakeets etc.

A great hotel 5 minutes from Surprise Beach and 5 minutes from Walknig Street.The owner couple are fans of birds, especially parakeets, and we shared their love of animals with my children who were in heaven. Small swimming pool on site which is good for resting after a day at the beach, snorkeling, or diving.Super spacious room and nice bathroom.I recommend for a family trip.

We lived at Oasis Lipe for 2 months and I should say that the staff is 10 out of 10. Very nice people, always easy to talk to so that was a huge plus.For a monthly rental it is not that cheap compared to other prices on the island. However, the rooms are huge!!! Wifi is 5G and works great!For me, the bed was super hard which was not comfy for such a long time and being without aircon can be quite tiring as Koh Lipe can get really hot. We have a tv on the room but we never turned it on, and also a kettle and a small fridge. Keep in mind that all electricity will switch off when you take the key out, I thought it was a problem for a long stay and it was quickly solved with the owner Anne that was really helpful all the time.It is true that are many mosquitoes, this is not only because of the open bathroom but also because is a really green place so I guess it is normal to have mosquitoes around. That being said, we did have our doors open to let the air inside (we just use some mosquitoes coil and was ok) and there is a net on the bathroom door as well, so it was not a big deal.

The location is next to the back section of the pedestrian street. The neighborhood is quite lively and it is not difficult to find food. It is at least 300 meters away from the coastal beach, and the swimming pool is very small, no more than 8 meters long. The air conditioner is cold enough, clean and not noisy. However, the main disadvantage is that the bathroom and toilet are semi-open, and there are many mosquitoes that bite people.

Nice hotel for the money. Clean, everything is green, breakfast. Very nice people. The hotel owners also keep parrots, so the ringing and chirping will lift your spirits.

Absolutely fabulous! Very affordable and high quality accommodation in the heart of the island. Quiet and yet very close to all the attractions. Beautiful and neat, greatly managed. The owner is very reasonable, friendly and stunning 😍 rooms are very very clean, massive bathrooms. Stylish, good for everything, solo, couples, friends and large families. Beautiful view upstairs.Fabulous pool and the amenities. Excellent breakfast. I cannot recommend enough ! Thank you for everything.

Recommended accommodation packages Very good value. Good accommodation, clean. The bathroom opens a little at the top. As a result, there may be mosquitoes entering the room, but we didn't find any mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioner is cool and the refrigerator is very cold. The accommodation is near the walking street. The owner is kind and has a shuttle ready.Going to the pier is as convenient as a beach hotel.
