My name is Heiko Wladimir and I am currently on a trip to Asia with my friend Anna. We were on Koh Lipe for 4 days and had to extend our stay by 3 more days because we just felt too comfortable. They take you in straight away as if you were part of the family. Small cats visit you here and dogs sometimes stop by too. I will really miss the daily greetings and friendly smiles after this stay. You can also be down at the beach in a minute and Walking Street is only about 2-3 minutes away on foot. If you're looking for a true island dream for little money... you've come to the right place. So bring a good mood with you so that the team stays special...😊Have fun on Koh Lipe

More than 200 long-boats dock on Sunrise Beach with their noisy free-exhaust engines that will take tourists on a tour of the islands. I can't even imagine the level of noise pollution in high season! ...but I can see the plastic pollution in the sand on the beach. What a shame, with how beautiful the island is!The houses are in the native residential area, and the motorbike rush starts early in the morning, this will not be a problem if you bring earplugs, otherwise, and if you want to sleep in, it will be difficult not to wake up.

I had a great time in Hideaway, the place itself is so cool but the rooms are amazing, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is so big, on top of this the staff is super nice as well. Aris is a really good man you realise it as soon as you cross a few words with him. I would repeat it if I came back to Koh Lipe.

Really nice place to stay. We stayed while it was extremely hot. It was difficult to stay cool even with two fans. service was brilliant the staff were super super friendly. Our only issue during our 4 night stay was our room was never cleaned or offered to be cleaned. You can imagine how dirty our towels and bed sheets were during the extreme heat. Otherwise great place

This is the first time I have been so traumatized by a stay that I fled the same night. When I hobbled into the facility with my suitcases after the extremely exhausting boat trip, I had to relax first. This was impossible. Because of the bamboo construction, the room felt 10 °C hotter than outside. There was no air conditioning, just a weak fan. You can't dry off after a shower because you're constantly sweating from the heat. After about an hour, I developed heat shock with a migraine. I couldn't even unpack my suitcase because there was no room for it. I was hoping that the room would at least cool down during the night. It didn't. Completely exhausted, I just wanted to sleep. When I wanted to go to bed, mosquitoes and large cockroaches came into the room. I knew then that I had to leave as quickly as possible. I literally booked a new hotel at 10 o'clock at night because I couldn't stand staying in that room any longer.I found the cockroach dead in the bathroom the next day. I think it died from overheating.

One of the most beautiful places I stayed in Thailand! The room is very comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful. Great breakfast and very friendly service, I would definitely return!
