I havenât stayed at this resort, but this is a heads-up to any other travellers. The island is very small and I go on a morning walk each day, not bothering anybody. Two days ago I reached the end of the beach, and continued my stroll onto the main driveway of this resort, the only way up the hill and to the main road. My resort is on the other end of the beach. I saw a heavy-set European man by the office. I waved and gave him a pleasant âgood morning!â I was given a Kurt âCan I help you?â In reply. Keep in mind that I am a well-dresses North American causing zero trouble. I told him, that I was just planning on following the driveway up to the road and asked if this was okay. He quickly replied that it was private property, and certainly not okay. I politely apologized and went back to the beach. This was the only time someone has been rude to me on Koh Lipe, everyone is welcoming and kind. If you are looking for a place to stay, please choose one of the many friendly resorts who know how to treat people with civility. I would hate to be staying at this place and require their help with anything.

Not recommended, room and facility is outdated/need major renovation, water is smelly, lack of common courtesy to non-white travellers and location is too far from walking street. Dont waste your time here, price of the room is expensive and not equivalent to the service/facilty provided.

As a 35-year-old tourism professional who has been and stayed in the north, south, west and middle of Thailand at regular intervals for 30 years, I can say this. I encountered the most arrogant and money-oriented hotel owner I have ever seen. It is very sad that there are such businesses in this beautiful country. It's definitely not a facility I can recommend.

We loved our stay! The beach and snorkeling were fantastic, and it was great that we could borrow equipment for free. The free shuttle to the city center was handy, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was really helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place, the rooms are everything I expected and it works very well to have the bathroom and shower in the same place...it is much larger and the temperature makes the bathroom dry immediately. The room has air conditioning and that makes it pleasant when going to bed. The resort provides you with beach towels, snorkel vests and all the information you need to visit the other paradises of this paradise. It has a very rich and sufficient breakfast buffet with incredible food and fruits from the area... It does not have a bar or lunch, but you have very close 10 Moo's and with that you have everything... you can access the center on foot but if you need Go by taxi, they will call it from the resort...that is, taxi, the taxis here. 100% recommended!!!!âĪïļ

Heaven. Breathtaking view, kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, the best beach point without long tails parked, just a bit of a climb if you are in an upper room but we are talking about a max one minute walk, and to go to walking street 15 minutes on foot or free shuttle in the evening or a taxi costs very little.

The hotel is run by an Austrian. I think this hotel is no longer worth its price. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room.The condition was really not good. Dirty windows, table and toilet. Quite thin walls.We quickly changed rooms and found it to be a little better. The toilet and showers are very minimalistic and not very clean. Mattress was catastrophic. Springs were broken and sticking out.Cardboard and old loungers are stored in the breakfast area.The hotel is no longer properly maintained but is just being used.Operational blindness has definitely occurred.Very unfortunate.

The only good about this resort only the beach.The rooms condition When we arrived the bed sheets was dirty, the toilets was dirty too. In the bathroom the miror the sink was also dirty and all the shower in bad condition.The service quite bad and not worth the money to stay .

This hotel (with great view from the rooms) needs a big refresh. Not only the rooms but also the lobby, the beach beds and breakfast area. Pictures say enough.To go to the hotel from walking street you need to make a steep clime. The beach has the potential to creat a little paradise but funds are not available due to cash drain during corona according to the manager.

Lovely location, the beach is gorgeous, the people working there are very nice. Rooms are a bit dated, the shower was leaking but overall ok. They provide a drop off service to the walking street in the evenings. Tuk tuk to the hotel is 50 baht per person (fixed price on the island). I would recommend this hotel for a little break.

Located at the beginning of Sunrise Beach, this hotel a nice gem of Koh Lipe. Being in such position the part of the beach that belongs to the resort is one of the few without boats moored.It also have another semi-private beach between the rocks with a beautiful white super fine sand.The rooms are very nice. Each of them with a huge window facing the beach allowing a stunning view over the seaBreakfast is ok and abundantService is really good. Everyone super friendly and helpful
