No breakfast, overpriced, zero sound insulation, no service. They even refused the opportunity to check out an hour later when the hotel was empty.

This hotel is near to the port to Langkawi via Ferry, then the hotel is clean. Then, one of my room is having water leakage, but the staff is very helpful to help me change the room. Very nice hotel and short distance with driving to the seafood restaurant and local famous food - Ikan Bakar

this is the most expensive rm199 i ever spent, not worth a single penny for such an ugly room. for context, originally we booked a different room upstairs (we didnt know there wasnt any lift). so when we arrived, we had to book another room on ground floor bcs we had warga emas with knee problem travelling with us. it has 2 queen beds & 1 single bed for rm199. so we had to add on rm78+ from our original booking. i expected the room to be big since it's expensive but man was i wrong. the room is small, smelly, berkulat, and noisy aircond too! this kinda room patutnya rm100 je paling mahal. rm199 per night i could get a nice apartment/a better hotel somewhere else ð

ðĢ We spent several hours here after a long journey from Penang, as tomorrow morning we'll be taking a boat to Langkawi.ðĢ We booked a room for 4 people and got one with a charming view, overlooking a street junction and the beautiful sunrise. Our room was on the second floor, and the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you have to take the stairs.ðĢ It's conveniently located right in front of the Kuala Perlis jetty, just a short walk away. It's a great place to stay overnight. The room was spacious and clean, though there was no hot water for morning showers. There was also a fridge and an iron available. They were accommodating enough to wait for our check-in until 2 am. In the lobby, they also sold various snacks.

Feel excited. This hotel from the outside looks like a historic building but inside it is spacious and the rooms are also neat, clean and orderly. This hotel does not have a lift but all the rooms are only on one floor. The service of the hotel staff is satisfactory. Answer all the questions asked.

- there is plenty of hotel parking in the fenced area- big and clean room- soft mattress- clean toilets- sheets, pillowcases, comforters smell right- near the hotel lobby there is ice cream, water and snacks for sale.- shampoo & bath provided.- water heater, coffee, tea & sugar provided.- iron & mat are in the room.- hotel towels are a bit rough.- the TV is broken, the staff who want to fix it are slow to come in, he said.

This hotel is old..so don't expect more..the building is colonial style..the architecture is beautiful..at night, the hotel area is quite quiet...very close to Kuala Perlis jetty and seafood restaurants...hotel parking is quite limited but because we came not during the school holidays..so there is still room for us...even though the room is a bit old but the mattress is very soft and comfortable...only 1, this hotel doesn't have an elevator...tired of carrying things...good luck same level..Kudosâïļ

Good for an overnight stay. Room price Rm 100 on Sunday. Toiletries are provided except toothpaste. You can buy toothpaste, snack like crackers and instant noodles at the receptionist counter.

We booked on Agoda but wasn't able to make the trip due to a family member down with covid. The hotel very kindly accomodate our request for date change.

The location is ok near the jetty to Langkawi and the price is reasonable. Just not satisfied when the parking charge in the hotel area is charged by the winner while we spend the night at the hotel. I am not sure if the hotel 'deals' with the winner. I don't like the way the winners are forced and forced to agree with us as outsidersðĪ

Everything is OK, only the parking is a bit limited until late at night.. The area is quite quiet and not noisy, it's OK for an area to relax.. All facilities work well, customer service is ok

Perfect location for the ferries. Hotel needs some TLC but AC is cold, shower is hot, bed comfortable and the towels are plush. Hotel staff are helpful and courteous.
