We were warmly welcomed. The bungalow was very clean and was cleaned every day. The mosquito nets had no holes. Everything worked. Problems are resolved immediately. The two resort managers take care of every concern and Andrea has the resort very well under control. Juan got our child excited about diving and then got him a diving license. Juan is a great diving instructor for children and as a diving guide we had very relaxed and entertaining dives with him. The atmosphere was very familiar and we felt very comfortable here.

Andrea's attention is very good! But the place not so much, the bungalows are simple and quite clean, but every day bats (more than one) entered the bungalow. The location is good because of the proximity to the beach, although far from a market where you can buy water, etc. I changed to another one that is almost the same price and is much better.

Good location because by the sea, however the European staff is very despicable, nothing to do with the Thais.They give us no bottle of water during the entire stay and what's more, when we ask to put a bottle of water in the fridge so as not to waste it, they flatly refuse us, I was very surprised by his refusal, it didn't cost him no money just a little kindness and caring. If you want to avoid this kind of behavior don't go to this place!

We stayed here for four nights in one of the bamboo huts. It was clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised!My partner completed his Padi open water with forra over our stay and I completed my advanced course. All the staff at forra were extremely friendly and helpful during every stage of the courses and throughout our stay.Couldn’t fault forra at all!Special mention to Andrea who went above and beyond to make our stay and dives special :)Also want to mention Antoine the owner. He was my instructor for my advanced course and was great in every aspect!Can’t recommend this company enough both for accommodation and diving!We will definitely be back soon :)Tip for travelling to the island, bring enough cash with you as the atm machines sometimes run out of money!

This is a long-established store on Koh Lipe. Just like around 2000, there is a fan in the water shower. I got a room with bunk beds with mosquito nets. It's quite far from Walking Street in Pattaya Beach, but it's not too far to walk. You can take a boat taxi, a motorcycle taxi, etc. depending on your preference.

My stay is 4 nights, I feel safe and comfortable here. All facilities you needed are prepared, the bathroom is nice, you can enjoy your shower. 350 maters to walking street and also close to many restaurants.

I didnt sleep there but went diving on 27 dec 2023. We went to 8 miles rock ans it was awesome. Schools of thousands of giant trivaly and baracudda 🙏 Our dive master was Jean Philippe and he was both fun and very professional. This was required since the 8 miles rock is a bit technical. The day after Jean Philippe managed to perform diving baptem to both our 9yo twins and it went like a charm. Kids loved it and are now motivated to learn diving when it will be possible 😍

The atmosphere of the bungalow is outstanding. Close to the beach.There was no hot water, so we recommend taking a shower early in the day when the temperature is high.

Large bungalows among the cheapest on the island facing the sea.Top notch staff. Lem, the manager of the bungalows on Pattaya beach, is particularly friendly and funny. Antoine, the owner of the diving center and the bungalows is great, but not very good at volleyball ;)

Great diving center (I was not staying in the associated hotel). I passed the Advanced level there with Karine as my teacher, who throughout demonstrated a lot of teaching skills, sharing with us her good humor and her unfeigned passion for diving. Thanks again for everything!

The rooms in front of Pattaya Beach are at the end of the beach. There's not much chaos or noise. Uncle Len, the caretaker of the accommodation, is kind. There's Chao Ting Tong. A fat cat who is a friend Room price is 700 per night, booked through Agoda, really worth the price. This price is on the high side, but the low price is probably cheaper than this. Whoever has a chance to go to Lipe? I recommend you try staying here and you'll be hooked. Drinking water can be refilled at any time, there is a cold water dispenser. Hot water is at the office.

Extremely bad customer service. Requested to cancel due to the bungalow not suitable for infant and they said THEY DONT CARE. I will not stay with this kind of attitude customer service.

We stayed at the forra pattaya beach location for 3 nights, for 2000 baht per night (excluding breakfast).The accommodations are basic and simple (e.g. cold shower, overdue maintenance, etc.), which in combination with staff that gives you a welcome feeling, could justify the price.But during our stay we experienced the opposite. We had the feeling that we were attending (or intruding) the staff’s social gathering. Some examples:- During all the nights of our stay, the staff + friends were sitting at the bar drinking. When I approached the staff to ask a question, instead of stepping out of that social circle; they stayed put, pausing their conversation. Giving me the feeling of interrupting their evening.- Water is free to refill in their office hut. So before going to bed I approached the owner if I could refill my bottle. While sitting right next to the office door (which she can open), she tells me that the office is closed and that I should buy a bottle for 60B.- Before jumping on the boat for our next part of our journey, we asked the staff if it was possible to have breakfast and pay by card (same method we used for the costs of our stay). She pointed to the office and stated that we needed to ask that question inside. So we repeated the question to her colleague, who then told us to go to Cafe Koh Lipe. So I repeated that I wanted to have breakfast here, and he repeated the same answer; you can go to Cafe Koh Lipe.There were more of these types of examples, that individually could be coined as clumsy, but collectively gave us the feeling of being there just to sleep and pay money, and then to leave.Concluding, the staff wasn’t bluntly unfriendly, but they can definitely use a lesson in hospitality. And for 2000B per night (=55 euro a night) we definitely expected something different.

Great time with my 14 year old daughter.We did a big 1/2 day with 2 one hour dives. We had Camille as an instructor, great in teaching, super kind, she walked us for two hours among corals of all colors and fish of all kinds.I highly recommend

Excellent 2-week stay on this extraordinary island with the no less extraordinary Forra team: professional, young and dynamic, smiling and with a sense of service worthy of Thailand.Here is in a few lines why I highly recommend this establishment.My bamboo bungalow in Pattaya beach was great: very simple and very functional with very comfortable bedding (note: another customer complained about his mattress being too soft and the team changed it during the day!) and a shower very spacious.Furthermore, despite the proximity of the beach, the environment was very calm and my nights were lulled by the sounds of the animals. It's really a great location surrounded by great options for eating/drinking not to mention the "walking street" and even sunset beach a 5-10 minute walk away. Note the very friendly and friendly Italian restaurant at the entrance, which is particularly suitable for an aperitif.The dives were superb with very professional and experienced supervision and careful organization. The big boat is great: very functional and comfortable with a very friendly atmosphere.Thank you to the whole team for your welcome and these memorable holidays.I hope I can come back soon!

Every time I go diving, I go with Forra and I cannot be more happy about everything. The boats are great (all with lots of space and sundeck), the staff amazing and the dives are spectacular!There are fruits, coffee, tea, water and lunch on board.100% recommended!
