We booked this place to be close to the boat shuttle to Ko Kut / Koh Kood Island scheduled for the next morning. The owner was very helpful and took care of sorting out things with regard to the boat ticket.However, the hotel was the worst we ever stayed in, and even if this place would be the last hotel on earth we would rather sleep on the street.The rooms (actually containers) were pretty much run down. The bedsheets were torn (but at least appeared washed). We had plenty of insects in the room and we don’t want to know which creatures walked around on us during the night. The toilet was completely yellowed and the shower appeared unusable with the bathroom cladding actually falling apart.The pool itself was nice, according to our kids. However, it was the first time I saw an artificial turf carpet around a pool.The breakfast was remarkable: Some sort of what they think of western style breakfast, which even the asian tourists got for food - and they actually ate it.The room rate was bold, especially when considering what you get for it.Bottom line: Should I ever again need to sleep in this area, I would rather book something in Trat city and finding a taxi to get to the boat.Three stars to service because of the help with the tickets. They also require the room rate to be paid in cash, the next ATM is roughly 30min by car.Actually their photographer would deserve five stars.

Everything would have to be razed and rebuilt, very dilapidated and very expensive, 1500฿ per night. The swimming pool could have saved the bill but it was very dirty, yellow on the walls.

The only positive point is the swimming pool which is large enough and deep enough. Otherwise nothing has been renovated for years here, it feels like everything is falling apart. Even the bedroom door closes with difficulty. Accommodation is worth no more than 600 baht per night. We therefore pay here above all for the location, just opposite the maritime transport to the island of Ko Kood. If you drive your own car, I advise looking for a hotel elsewhere before going to Ko Kood.

It's not even worth 1*, but how can you rent such a ruin, especially for ฿1500 a night!!! Please remove urgently from all rental sites. A foul smell as soon as you arrive in the room, even worse in the bathroom. Do not walk barefoot on the terrace, with the spike heads protruding as well as the loose boards, it is a danger and when you think about it we tell you that it is not serious...😠Everything is absolutely dilapidated and even that word is not strong enough.No soundproofing with the neighboring room, you hear everything as if you were there.Urgent need to change all furniture and completely redo the rooms.Average reception, if you ask for a towel for the swimming pool, you are told that normally there are none but exceptionally you are given one for two and with a thought added.The swimming pool could have saved the bill but it had yellow interior edges, dirty and therefore not very welcoming.No catering, so if you don't have a vehicle there isn't much around.In short, a place to absolutely avoid or you missed the last ferry and you have no other choice, hence the 3* for the location.

We stayed for one night because there were ants running around everywhere in the room and the mattress was full of stains that were visible through the sheets. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet lid looked anything but inviting. The outdoor pool looks nice from a distance, but you can't take a closer look.But staff was nice.

Very conveniently located. Tickets for the ferry are available directly opposite. Arrived in the evening and got a room straight away. Nice personel.Very large, clean room with AirCon. Quiet location. Nice outdoor pool. We stayed here for two nights. Gladly again.

Right in front of the pier where you can take the ferry to Koh Kood, there is a series of simple, clean wooden bungalows with an internal bathroom. We had a great time, we were worried about the negative reviews, but for 33 euros a night for two with breakfast, simple but tasty it was perfect! I would stay here again

Price too high for what it provides. There is absolutely nothing around. Our dinner was some snacks we had with us. It was not possible to have dinner in the hotel and there was nothing reachable. Location close to the ferry departure to Koh Kood. Breakfast available, acceptable, not buffet. They left us water. There was a fridge. There was no safe, kettle or hairdryer.
