Just arrived at the hotel, a horror, I never trust the comments, but I should have, room with woodwork full of termites, mold stains on the ceiling, the only good thing is the location, I have to spend 4 nights there and I wonder how it will go, I will complain to reception tomorrow, but that will not change anything given that all the hotels are full, I just want it is to shorten my stay and go very far away,

The only notable thing about this place is the location, in front of the beach.The rooms are small, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and there was a problem with the water that started to come out brown.There are much better options for the price we pay.

Very good location, step to main beach, customs and main streat.Very helpful and nice staff.Clean rooms, good air conditioning, all facilities OK.Very nice balcon to good view and nice bars.Quit place.

Terrible! A delux room booked in advance and set up really badly! Excessive cost! The room with terrace on open space corridor: on the left plastic vines to cover the neighbors three meters away. On the right a succession of rooms. Mine is the worst: if you stay outside everyone looks at you from guests to workers, no separation. If you stay in the room with the large window you have to draw the curtain, otherwise everyone can see in, and always turn on the light... Smelly bathroom! This was reported given the payment of 3,000 baht/night requested immediately at check-in, but "sorry" there are no other free rooms! I hope whoever booked after me was luckier. I ask for a refund for the "very bad location", they understand, but I have to refer to Booking. Who knows how it will end. Pay attention to the room they give you. When booking, I had asked for something else... I had never had a similar situation happen to me with Booking

I spent 2nights at Charming in the deluxe room. The room was big, the bathroom was clean and they have both big and small mirrors . No swimming pool but it’s okay because we have a great nature pool in front of us !!

Stayed here for 2 nights-Cleaned room but had dust on kettle and teacup s (can ask for changing).-Staffs willing to help for everything till night time(cant find them at night, maybe can call).-Location was fine even its next to the Monkey bar. Quite lound but only feel the beat(just a little) if you’re in your room.

Hotel was just next to the beach, we could walk to the hotel from the jetty after arriving at Pattaya beach. Rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. Best part was that the nightly fire show was just next to our hotel, that's a bonus!

The hotel is located on the beach, approx. 2 minutes beach walk to Walkingstreet where there is shopping and restaurants. There is a bit of noise from the pub next door, but not too bothersome. If you are traveling with a larger suitcase and you are 2 people, you can forget about staying in a Superior Room. I was upgraded to the best room closest to the reception (#A1-A4) to have my suitcase opened and it's no joke. Otherwise, the breakfast is ok and the staff is helpful.The bed is firm and the pillows are ok.500 Bath deposit for safe. Beach mat, diving mask and snorkel are available for loan.(Filmed right outside the breakfast room)

Sit right next to pub. Very loud until 1 am every night.They didn't sufficient light along stairway. I almost missed a step coz i can't see.They didn't clean my room and said i didn't ask for it. Well i have never asked any hotel before.The only pro is staffs. They are nice. That's why i give 2 stars. But will never go back again.

Paid 169 baht for a mocktail (mai tai without alcohol). The regular price with alcohol is 190 baht.I find it very cheeky and overpriced!!!
