In itself, the setting is beautiful and everything that follows is great, but there was one huge negative that spoiled the experience.I'd been traveling for a few weeks in Thailand and had never had a problem with my credit card. When I got there, it was impossible for them to make me pay by card. So they asked me for cash. The only problem is that the cash is in town, so you have to get there on a scooter. That's what I do the next day, even though I'm on vacation. I have to hire a scooter at the hotel at my own expense to withdraw the money to pay them. On my return, no apology, no thanks, no discount and no refund for the scooter rental. A few weeks later, I saw that the amount had been debited from my bank account. My account is in the red, so I'm paying a fee, but I figure the hotel will be reactive. Not at all, they just tell me that they don't have access to my bank details and that it's impossible. Except that the transaction was made in cash and by card and I have proof of everything. Now, after 2 months, I still don't have my money and the hotel hasn't replied. So I've paid nearly €1,000 for two nights in this establishment and got myself into financial trouble with my banks.

We rested in this hotel from 09/21/24 to 09/25/24. Our house number was D3. At the time of our arrival, the hotel was actively restoring and preparing the houses for the new season. This did not cause any discomfort, but only emphasized the hotel’s attention to preparing the guests’ meeting. We were greeted warmly and given delicious lemonade. The room was cleaned daily. Towels were changed daily. The cleanliness of the room was as expected. The only thing I would like is more shine and gloss, more polished plumbing in the shower stall. It was clean, but not perfect, it was not critical. There was a slight minus in the water temperature. The showers have heaters; at maximum heating, the water was not hot enough. About breakfasts. There is a choice of omelette, scramble, fried eggs, poached eggs, etc. - this is a plus. There is Earl Gray tea, Americano is also a plus. There were fruits, toppings, waffles, and pancakes. There was always rice with egg. There were chicken sausages and ham, but they were tasteless, this is the only thing I would like to improve. I would like to have a higher quality selection. There were also a few hot dishes to choose from, mostly a variety of pork, some chicken and shrimp. As a rule, these dishes were Thai style, so I didn’t really want to eat brightly colored dishes for breakfast. Bottom line, you can have breakfast, but I would like it better. At the same time, the restaurant itself in this hotel is quite good. We dined there every day, and had lunch in other places, as we moved around the island during the day. I especially liked the club sandwich, pizza, tom yum, beef burger, incredibly tasty and sweet fresh coconuts. The cocktail list was also impressive. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you very much for this.There is a beach on site, but it is very small, so I recommend moving around the island and discovering other beaches. At the same time, kayaks are freely available on the hotel premises; you can take them and swim several kilometers; it will be a wonderful walk, filled with a lot of impressions. The only thing worth remembering is safety, be sure to wear life jackets and use cream with spf protection. Our impressions of the holiday remained positive; if possible, we will return to this hotel when we are on the island.
