What I really like is that the employees are very cute. You know that they serve with their hearts. Not swinging, not twisting. The central part is very good. There are many leisure activities to do. The swimming pool is big and luxurious. The rooms are clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. Overall, I would like to recommend that you come and stay a lot.🤍

Kastel Hotel Pattaya, a newly opened hotel in Pattaya, luxurious from the front of the entrance, actually exists. Affordable price, very large room, close to tourist attractions, extremely comfortable, very impressive 🙏💗

The exterior of this hotel is cute like a resort. The good thing about this hotel is that the hotel staff are all kind! It's a pity that I couldn't see outside from my room. The room is clean and has a large TV. I've never seen it before, so I don't know if it supports smart TV. There were some problems in the room. In the shower room, hot water usually comes out when you turn the handle to the left, but it is probably against d the foot and fell down, causing bruised injuries all over my body.Breakfast is available for 250 baht, but I don't recommend it because there are not many kinds to eat.

Pros:- very friendly staff, including housekeeping- local sunday market, pushcart stalls around the street- new hotel, new facilities- feels like in Europe with the decor, especially when looked out from the window in the lobby.- very comfortable and clean bed- room service with menu! Didnt try though- bottled water in glass bottles, free! (pro- environmental friendly)- fairly big 7-11 around the corner- more local environment instead of tourist location- Can get new towel and water if dont want room housekeeping.- welcome drink :) nice gesture- youtube. Tv channels were choppy, easier to watch via youtube due to strong free wifi.Cons:- cleanliness. Tables with dried up drink stains spilled by previous occupants on arrival. Housekeeping need to be more thorough to clean these spills. Because it left a negative first impression on me. Also still have presence of my hair on room floor after usual housekeeping done.- remember to hang room door sign to make room otherwise will not make room. Housekeeping still friendly to initiate if want to clean but I wanted to use room, so declined.- bottled water in glass bottles (con- need to pour into personal bottle, but this is minor nitpicking)- location (already known before booking), so Grab everywhere, which is ok for me. Or 15min walk to BTS to S airport. This place opened in August so I was very excited to stay in a new hotel. Has many areas for improvement especially cleanliness as they continue their operations, I hope they will work on it otherwise it will be a waste when standards decline. Cannot comment on inhouse breakfast as I did not have. Good price point for location.

A really great luxurious hotel. Absolutely the best. One thing I’m freaking AMAZED is the SERVICE!!! Best 10/10 fast and efficient! l’m so for real right here it’s best out best and there’s a dining place and the food OMG it’s so freaking good I can’t describe how freaking GOOD is it!!! The rooms are decent and super clean and there’s no smell or anything and shower is fine overall great for room, service. One thing that’s a bit that kinda not a 5/5 is the location it’s around 1 km and a half from the BTS Victory Monument station and about 1 km something from the Ratchathewi station Airport Rail Link (ARL) but overall it’s great very decent for price very affordable to be honest and from the public trains such as The BTS and ARL is ok walkable but a bit exhausting LOL but it’s VERY GOOD COME!! ( I’m sorry I don’t have pictures of the hotel but you can search it up on Facebook or Tiktok thank you sorry sincerely)

New to travelling, I felt quite smug when I was able to book accommodation for the night in minutes, before leaving Bangkok airport.Kastel Bangkok by Loft came up in the feed and after checking a few photos, I was delighted with the ease of the booking and the quality of the hotel. When I arrived at Kastel Bangkok by Loft, I was greeted by Bismuth, the butler & Sam (lady) from reception. I was shown to my room which was nice for one person.I cheekily rang Sam at reception and asked if I could be upgraded. Sure enough, I was taken to a different room, much more salubrious, at no extra cost, despite my already amazing deal on line. It turns out it is a Grand Deluxe Double Room. HaPpY Days 🙂I asked the housekeeper to show me how to replicate the two folded towels together to create the ‘elephant in the room’ - it’s so cute. 🐘I was also grateful to Reception who took the stress out of my transport for the following morning, to continue on with the next leg of my adventure.Apparently, Kastel Bangkok by Loft only opened on 25 July 2024.I think that in itself is an invitation to pick up a great deal for yourself and I’ve been invited to write a review and I can get free drinks at the bar after 2pm. Although it looks inviting, I might skip off to the local market instead ..The food market loops around the hotel. The food differs here somewhat to the other markets I’ve visited. Definitely worth a stroll. The best part of my stay was the bed and spaciousness of the room. Kastel Bangkok have clearly invested in quality mattresses and the softness of the sheet and doona cover on my skin was absolutely scrumptious.Highly recommend a stay here 💕 I’m coming back when I next visit Bangkok.
