-There are no amenities in the room. As advertised, including no drinking glasses.-There is a lot of dirt. At the highest level, under the bed there is only dust and garbage.-The walls of the room are very thin, making fart noises and sounds when defecating. Hear the side room very clearly.-It's very loud. Especially the housekeeper When cleaning the room, gossiping loudly about guests who stay, without manners.-Public relations front office can speak little English. and don't know-There is an additional service charge. If you pay by card, and want more services

We stayed here for 3 nights during our stay in Laos.Although the price is low, the rooms are clean and the customer service is courteous. The location is good and there is nothing to complain about. There is also a convenience store nearby.However, depending on the time of year, maybe there will be mosquitoes? ?

Friendly. Clean. Upon request, we were given a room with a window that could be opened, quiet. Breakfast included is rather small.

Overall my experience staying at this hotel was good. A few suggestions for the management:1) Lamps in rooms would be good, i don't want to have to put the main light on in the evening.2) The room I'm in has 2 large single beds, in my opinion the room size only allows for 1, as it's a little cramped.3) The entry card is put in a slot to start the electricity in the room, which is fair enough. But it also means the fridge is turned off as well, so not great if you're storing something in there.4) More hangers for the rooms would be good, i only had 2.5) Somewhere to put a toothbrush would be helpful, i have to leave everything laying around the back of the sink.6) There are no towel rails in the bathroom, so it's difficult to find somewhere to let it dry.These things don't take away from my experience overall, which was positive. But i think it's helpful to give more comprehensive feedback for the benefit of the hotel's popularity and future guests. 🌞

Hotel well located near the night market and the Mekong. Very warm welcome from the staff. Correct room. Do not buy your tickets or excursions because they are very expensive!

Dont buy train tickets from them. They have sold me tickets for the wrong day and had to get a new one on the train station.

The rooms are small but nice.When you open the window, you can see the temple straight ahead (depending on the room)For breakfast, you can choose from several menus.

Breakfast of eggs was included, and the bedroom and shower room were clean.It was nice that they cleaned the room every day.24 hour reception.Wi-Fi is slow but fully equipped.The hotel staff were kind and courteous.Even when checking out, they thoroughly checked the room we used, and it was a solid hotel.Since it's located in the city, it was easy to get to restaurants and cafes from the hotel.I'm sorry for giving the location a 3 star rating.The hotel was very good.Hotel is not bad.However, young people are shouting and making noise outside the hotel from 1am to 4am.It was very noisy.No one is paying attention, and the police aren't taking any action.I have become sleep deprived.Especially on Fridays and Saturdays...It might be perfect for people who want to go out at night.

Good value for money. I paid 550,000 kip for a single room as of November. Breakfast is included. The staff is friendly. The downside is that there are a lot of Chinese people.
