Absolute dump. Staff was rude and the room was filthy. Worst part of the stay was the Moto rental. If you value your life DON’T rent one here!!!! Absolute death trap of a machine. Transmission blew on the outskirts of town and management did nothing to assist. Actually screamed obscenities over the phone and threatened to keep our passports. Stay away from this trash pile of hotel.

place was okay, the staff seemed nice. the room i got had a lot of mosquitos but no bed bugs or anything, ac worked but the ceiling had weird spots which was possibly water damage or mold? shower worked well, but i think i remember ants being by the sink in the bathroom which was... interesting. the sink didnt seem well cleaned and the room had a small fridge. outlets worked for swedish chargers or whatever you call it. the room had free wi-fi. I dont remember much from my stay since it was a few months ago. Stayed for about 3 days? It was pretty cheap. However, it was noisy outside the room in the corridors.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Warning to everyone who wants to stay here. It is a total scam! What is the point of you traveling to Laos and staying in a Vietnamese-owned hotel? It is not even a Lao hotel that is run by Lao people. The staff was very mean to me and my wife like we asked to stay for free or something like that. The room was very uncomfortable because there were noises all night knocking the wall as if someone was doing some kind of construction.I am Lao-American and this is not what I want to experience when coming to visit Laos for the first time in a long time. Look for cheaper hotels such as Nana Backpacker or Lao guesthouses to support the local business and AVOID THIS PLACE.Do not sleep in this place. The owner is a Vietnamese person who is not very polite. It's disgusting to say that I went to ask them in France. I'm a Lao person, but my Lao language is not good. I want to tell my relatives that they don't have to stay here.

Quite an unfriendly hotel owner. When I stay somewhere, I like to feel like that the staff is kind and easy to talk to, but i didnt get that feeling here.

Bought train tickets for the 1305 train here (not just a hotel, they sell tickets and rent scooters). They insisted on leaving at 1100 for the train station. Got to the station and the driver said you can wait inside and pointed to doors at the station he parked car away. He hurried to get us out and leave. Then we discovered the station was closed and locked. So we waited outside in the heat when we could have been back at a hotel or restaurant in the air conditioning. Silly. Why??

PSA: If you have been led here after the bus from Vang Vieng and are trying to get to the Southern Bus Station. They will charge 100,000 Kip per person to the station. You can walk down the street and get a tuk tuk for around 150,000 Kip for 2 people (can probably get it for less with more people). Or alternatively you can walk to the Central Bus station (about 20 minutes and it's a nice walk past lots of interesting buildings) and get a bus to the southern bus station for approx 6000 Kip but be aware the central bus station closes at 6pm.

A good place to book Vang Vieng bus tickets. The motorcycle is on the verge of being scrapped. The location is close to Mekong and there are many food corners. The facilities are at the level of an abandoned house.

Stayed for 1 night in February 2024The location is very good.It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the downtown area of Ventiang City, where the night market is located.You can also reach the riverside night market area in about 5 minutes.The guests are mostly Western backpackers.There were no people from the continent.Apparently they also offer sightseeing tours, so there were a lot of Westerners gathered at the hotel.The room is okay.Everything was there, and the shower had hot water right away. There is also a cooler and fan.It is better to bring shampoo and soap.There were no particular problems other than the noise from the outdoor unit outside and the presence of mosquitoes in the room.The bed was big and I had a good time.If you are a nervous person, you should avoid it.There was no bicycle/motorcycle rental service at the hotel, so I rented one from a nearby shop.Return trip to the airport costs 120,000k (approx. 700 yen)He gave me a shuttle. Is it the same price as arranged at the airport?The soft serve ice cream shop next to the hotel is also good! It's cheap and delicious.The staff was very kind and I would like to stay there if I have a chance to go to Ventang again.

This is quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at (and I have travelled extensively across Southeast Asia in cheaper hotels and hostels). The sheets had hairs on them. I want to think the hairs got transferred there by washing the sheets with something else but the person who made the bed should have seen them. Everything except the sheets and the towel was completely disgusting, as if it had never ever been cleaned. Very visible and disgusting stains on the cushions the leave on the bed, cobwebs, any surface I had to interact with was completely dirty. I couldn't even hang the towel on the hanger because it was terribly dirty (as you can see in the photos). One man from the staff was wonderful (gracias) but everyone else of the staff was rude and disinterested. In the evenings, staff hanging out in the common area were playing super loud music as if it were a party hostel. Just horrible place. Avoid at all costs.

THIS PLACE ALLOWS WOMEN ABUSE! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. My girlfriend was attacked by a member of staff and they refused a refund and the owner was INCREDIBLY rude. Most scummy place in Laos, and that is saying something.
