Horrible experience!!! Liar guesthouse owner! We were 6 people and wanted 3 double rooms. The owner showed us a normal room and we took 3 like this and paid the same price. After we came back from a long day we entered the other rooms and got shock! One room had a broken sink and stincky mattresses, and the third room was the worst- all the floor was full of insects, much much smaller room , no hot water, bad ac and a moldy pillow !!!! When we got to talk to the owner he started telling and act very rude, took our bags and didn’t gave us any discount on the awefull experience!!! Not recommend at all ! The worst hostel I’ve ever been in hope it to get shut down!!!

Reservation for 2 nights and the problems encountered were not resolved when we left. The hotel is ideally located next to Nam Phou Square. The receptionist is welcoming and attentive (and whose malfunctions are beyond his control).Room maintenance and toilet/shower hygiene need to be reviewed. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not have a remote control. In the other room, the toilet was clogged and the sink was unusable during our stay. I had to use the light from my phone for over a day before a temporary solution was put in place. The toilet was very very dirty on the lid and in the bowl. The other air conditioning did not work. Wifi does not work on the top floor.Of course it's not expensive but you can find much better at this price. Be careful, the bathrooms are not very pretty to look at. It would be best to ask to see the room before renting.

The bedding is dirty!! There’s notes around the room from a previous guest stating the same!The rooms are so horrible and staff are horrible.Receptionist SCAMMED 300,000kip- $25usd for 2 nights but they charged me 950,000kip! (I understand a higher exchange rate but that is over 300,000kip extra!? )When I asked the receptionist why he just laughed at me “different rate” I wish I had left.
