Reminiscent of old world accommodations. Lots of hardwood furniture and furnishings are beautiful but makes one wonder about the felled trees. Very good service, excellent and plentiful food. Convention center is convenient, albeit old. View of the Mekong River is unbelievable!

Perfect Location and Comfortable Stay for Relaxing with Family and BusinessThis hotel was fantastic for our recent business trip. Here's why:Ideal Location: We were able to see the Mekhong river and green environment from the room’s terrace.Spacious and Clean Room: We booked a twin beds, and it was perfect for my trip. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. There was plenty of space for our luggage, and the amenities like a refrigerator were a nice bonus.Great View: We were lucky enough to be assigned a room with a beautiful view of the river side. It was truly inspiring to see the water flow from our window.Helpful Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and provided fast service. They were very polite and the room was already prepared for us, allowing us to relax right away.Convenient Amenities: The hotel offered an on-site cafe and shop, although we didn't have the chance to use them this time.

Received a very good welcome from Bell man. There is a shuttle to the fountain and the mall. Must reserve in advance. What was disappointing was that the swimming pool didn't seem to be maintained. The water was so murky it was almost green. Unable to swim And on the first night the accommodation had no lights, the walkway to the room was very dark.

The worst five-star hotels I've stayed at. The room has many lights, but they're old and dim, with no master switch, so you have to turn them off one by one before sleep. The gym equipment is outdated, and the two female staff members were indifferent, far from five-star service standards.

It looks fine on the outside.First of all, the room is too dark even if you turn on all the lights. It's too darkThis time, I went on a business trip again and the air conditioner thermostat was locked, so I found the air conditioner manual on Google and unlocked it.Please note that the method to release is to hold both temperature control up and down arrow switches at the same time for 5 seconds.Oh, and the refrigerator is full.It is not the low-power refrigerator commonly used in hotels, but is a small model with a freezer. This is an advantage (I added one star to the room). The windows on the balcony side of the room do not fit together, so if you align them to the left, there will be a gap on the right, and if you align them to the right, there will be a gap on the left. You can taste the hawk-like mosquitoes that live in the Mekong River.I slept for 4 hours over two days to catch mosquitoes. If I catch malaria or something like that, I'll file an industrial accident claim with the company.Meanwhile, I went to the bathroom and saw a wheel with wings staring at me. Shaking with fear, I aimed straight at the shower head and sent it down the drain.A coworker I went to said a wheel fell from the ceiling in his room. The hotel sets off a smoke bomb to catch the wheel regardless of whether there are guests or not. When I came out into the hallway, my view was so obscured that I couldn't see 10 meters in front of me.I think I'll attract customers like this.Breakfast in the morning is just okay. The gym is not maintained, so the bike's screen has been out for a long time, but the treadmill is in good condition. In the evening, women who appear to be business ladies are often seen in hotel lobbies. It's work, let's change the hotel so I can get some sleep, okay?!Do they get paid to write good reviews or am I weird?Breathtaking views of the Mekong River? I'm suffocating because of the mosquito roaches?!&**^I just came back from eating at a restaurant and saw another cockroach on the shelf where the condiments were arranged for the rice noodles.Manager, I need to take care of it.There is quite a bad smell in the hallway.Another thing to add is that swarms of cockroaches are swarming around the carts carrying cleaning supplies and amenities such as towels or the workbench that people are dragging, so be sure to use the towels you brought from home. The water quality is poor, so be sure to bring a water purifier to your shower. There was a promotional video for the hotel with a drone on YouTube. After seeing that, you shouldn't say, "Oh, it's a hotel."And there is no wifi signal in the restaurant.
