The accommodation is OK in everything, except for not keeping sound from the floor upstairs. The sound of people walking disturbs the ground floor. I understand that it's a building, but I want it to be improved.

Starting with the entrance, I don't know what the iron barrier was for. It's so narrow. The room is narrow, the bathroom is narrow, and there are no towels to place. Coffee is not available like B2 elsewhere. The sound of people walking upstairs is very loud. There is no soundproofing at all. Push into the upper room, there are children coming with you, almost midnight it will be quiet in the morning, it's loud as hell, the wifi system is unstable. At first I thought, why is AB2 here at the 2 star level? I understand. If the caretaker reads this. If you find it, please bring it to improve. In any case, we are still B2 customers.

The room is good, but if you want to sleep here, sleep on the 2nd floor. If you sleep on the 1st floor, you definitely won't be able to sleep. Because the sound of walking is loud all the time, very loud, the room is not sound proof, not okay at all.

The entrance is narrow, the superior room is small, the bed is not big, it's like just sleeping. The condition was recently built and is clean. There is no elevator on the 2nd floor, but I slept on the 1st floor. The clear glass couldn't be opened and people could see it coming in. Then there was a rattling sound upstairs. All the time I didn't know what to do. Doesn't keep sound at all There is no tissue roll provided. Deposit is 500. Not recommended.

The room was cramped and stuffy. I got a room with a window, like a prison cell. I don't know. I can't tell. (1st floor, back side)But narrower than the room is the bathroom. The atmosphere outside looks like the decorations haven't been finished yet. The inside is clean, the TV is new but doesn't work, the Remite batteries are out, so I haven't checked.

The receptionist provided very good service. I didn't make a reservation in advance. But he had a spare room, so he arranged it for us. And good tech care service. Recommended. If you have 5 stars, give 6 stars.

1. If you use the bathroom in the room, you may faint. because there is no ventilation system 2. And have them sign a blank document without giving clear details. 3. The key-level insurance fee of 500 baht, almost equal to the room rate or more expensive, is unreasonable.4. Very disappointed with b2 in this building.

It's B2 who doesn't feel very well. With the expectation that with Btuna's standards it would be better. Personally, I don't like the carpet on the wooden floor. It's not smooth and wrinkled. It doesn't look good. Both outside the corridor and inside the room on the 2nd floor. When walking, you will hear a loud noise because you walk on a wooden floor. There will be trembling and shaking everywhere. Inside the room, the carpet smells musty. The room is slightly new. new furniture The disadvantage is the wooden floor covered with carpet. The bathroom is small and cramped and when taking a shower there will be water that is stagnant and drains slowly.

A large room with three beds is a great value at this price because the room is only spacious.. The bathroom is not well made and the floor of the room is wooden. When walking, it makes noise downstairs. Other than that, it's all good. Even though it's across from Phayao Hospital, there's no loud noise from the emergency vehicles, so I highly recommend this place to stay.There's no breakfast here.

Unfortuneatly the reviews here are quite accurate. Super hard to fall asleep here as there is constant noise from other people coming and going. Doors that are not closed properly make a loud beeping noise, and no one seems to care. Walls are paper thin, you hear everything! The only main problem with this place is the NOISE! Have some respect for other people too. ffs!

Sleep on the 1st floor, the upstairs is very noisy. I was so shaken that I couldn't sleep.I have stayed in many places and have never encountered something like this.Don't expect to inform anyone to help. It's no use.Walking loudly until shaking I thought it was a guest.But after reading other reviews I understand that the place is not good.

The room is cramped, uncomfortable, 750 baht a night, but when you walk into the room you can smell a very musty smell. The bathroom has no ventilation and is very musty. Sleeping on the first floor, I could hear people walking all the time. The staff didn't speak very nice, rather they were irritating to customers. The employee provided incomplete and unclear information, resulting in additional charges even though there was no notification at all.
