Not good for car parking. Booked a Kitchenette room and on arrival was taken to the wrong room which was damp and filled with mosquitos. After I was taken to the room I reserved but it had the same problems with damp and mosquitos. I told them that the rooms were not suitable to sleep in but was not given a refund because of a “no show” policy. The manager was nice and offered complementary snacks but I had a bad experience with the owner.

The service is very bad. When I come to Phuket, I come to stay often, but the Burmese juniors or the employees say that the room is 1,500 baht per night. Normally the price is only approx. 750 but a fat Burmese person said the price is not 750 baht, it has to be 1,500 baht, so we were very confused. I have never seen such bad service.🥲🥲🥲😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Food unbelievably good vegan food. Best tasting minestrone soup I've had. Burgers are really good. The vegan roast dinner is the best I've ever had. Very great menu selection and very skilled and talented chefs. Delicious food would recommend.

The only thing missing is a tv and the mozzie nets and get walked in on in the toilet, find spew all over the floor that no-one has cleaned up, nappies left in the shower on the floor

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Shanti Lodge for 5 nights and it was one of the best stays we had in Thailand so far. The ambiance of the hostel is amazingly calm and peaceful with lots of plants & water and various chill-out areas to relax. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (they even cared for us when we fell ill during our stay). They offer a great variety of scrumptious food (I recommend the Crumpets!!) AND we got upgraded to a better room with private bathroom for free upon arrival. All in all a great experience with a more than lovely host. Thanks for having us!

A beautiful hotel with a very calming atmosphere, great food and amazing staff.The rooms were Very clean and sanitary installations were very much above standard.The staff took great care of us when we were sick and provided us with help where they could.Overall the Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay an overall above average experience.

We loved our stay in Shanti lodge. Is a very chill place to stay. The pool is open 24h ( a group of 4 adults in the 30' really appreciated). About the rooms, they are equipped with AC, the only complain I would have is that our room there wasn't any mirror : for two woman wanting to check themselves with bikinis is really important to have a mirror!! About the service : nothing to say, the people were kind, always helping and always serving with a smile. The owner even called me a lady for a pedicure in the hotel (300baht). About the location: Shanti lodge isn't the hotel you want if you're expecting to get to the beach by foot. But it's the perfect location if you're ready to rent a motorcycle and drive 15 min. There's a motorcycle rent place in the corner of the street of the hotel and they also exchange currency (we did rent two motorcycles that cost us $500 baht the day and we fit two people in each.. was really worth it to move around the city). The hotel offers a great menu and everything is very cost convenient (250 baht to 400 baht the dish) but you'll definitely find less expensive out of the hotel. This said, we loved the coffee, the breakfast and the juices of the hotel.I write this comment in my last evening here and want to add that there's a live show of music some days (for us it was on Tuesday and Friday) and there's BBQ on Fridays. I would like to come back with my kids of one day I have.

We ate at Shanti twice in two days and both times it was quite a disappointing experience.The first evening we came to Shanti for a date night. They didn't give us any attention. No welcome, and they didn't come to the table to take our order, we had to go to the bar ourselves. They then forgot half our order and only brought out one dish for the two of us without noticing anything seeming off. When we kindly reminded them, they put it at the end of the queue even though we'd already been waiting for nearly an hour after ordering. Zero efforts made to make up for it or even speed up the process. Tried to add on a dessert, but we were told the kitchen was now closed (at 8:45 pm).We'd taken a book from the book exchange and wanted to give one back in return, so the next day we stopped by again. That's when one of us was bitten by one of the black dogs that live there. The owner/manager Kim said the dog is a rescue that's bitten multiple guests over the past two years. We were pretty startled but again no efforts were made to compensate for what happened (not to mention the later medical costs incurred from the bite).Despite the poor service from the night before, we decided to have some lunch. The food was pretty tasty, albeit the surprisingly small portion sizes (especially considering the prices). Also, pay close attention to the menu, because they charged us for rice that was stated to be included in the dish.Overall: lovely ambiance, good location, tasty food. Points to improve: cold vibe, staff was unaccommodating, small portion sizes, expensive, and a biting dog.

Dont hesitate, just spend amazing time here! Service is very friendly and speaks English. The host is informative and kind, she waited for us with the dinner and advised us about activities. Great variety of food choices. Clean rooms, AC works wonders at night. Lovely pool, stunning view- living in a jungle experience . The only con is that the floor creaks. I would come here second time, if I visited Thailand second time! Recommend!

Shanti lodge we stayed last minute one night in a 3 persons bed room, I enjoyed the friendly owner, the lady from banquet, the swimming pool and this only for THB 750Recommend this for sure, we will come back for sure.

Super nice, helpful and attentive staff. The room, which had a double room with a garden view, was beautifully furnished. Also worth highlighting is the access to your own small garden. The restaurant is also recommended. I'd love to come back.

Lovely charming place, lots of greenery, outdoor bathroom, and great homemade food. Lovely place to meet people or hang out peacefully by yourself. Nice pool area. Friendly staff always ready to help out or chat.

Hello you asked that we give our opinion so we had booked for 28 days when I saw the photos on the site I said to myself we are going to have a wonderful family stay, and when we arrived big disappointment damp room, which smelled musty! cockroach, caterpillar, and many other creatures.... in the room the sheets are torn!! the cleaning was done once and it was us who asked for it! No hygiene! We therefore made the decision to rent another hotel which was a shame because I had already paid I would not recommend this hotel the swimming pool is pretty but no deckchair and it was under construction. The smell in the room was really unbearable! We had our laundry washed and it came back damp and with lots of yellow marks on my white t-shirt. The breakfast is OK but expensive and very long. They take about 20 minutes to serve you an espresso so when you have excursions it's not practical. So in conclusion the trip cost us a lot not to sleep in a hotel that we had booked. And it is very poorly placed right on the main road, not practical.

Haha hello everyone... I have stayed here for 1 month... It is a very cozy place both the place and the employees... Once inside it seems like you are in the jungle... In fact at night there are frogs and some giant snails be careful not to step on them... The perfect pool for the very relaxing place... they have a massage area...
