Many guesthouse in chaingmai is bad and bad service and talk bad and donot give place for thai people they want only foreigner people may be they want to get money or famous but bad service all guest house i ever be guest here and many guesthouse so i can give advice and recommendation so foreigner should choose best hotel if u are clever fdonot choose worst hostel and change it

You can choose between a room with a fan only or a room with air conditioning. Rooms with air conditioning require an additional fee. (I forgot how much)I chose a room with only a fan. At first, it felt hotter than I expected, but I got used to it.It would be nice if you could use the air conditioner in a room with only a fan by inserting a coin.The shower has plenty of hot water.There is a coin laundry in the building.There is a security box, but you will need to prepare your own key.There is only one outlet hole.If you choose a room with a fan, an upper bed will likely be cooler.I'm glad I was able to spend it cheaply.

Good, free drinking water, friedge for saving food, and oven for warming food, 🍽️ and place for eating food. but AC is only after 5 PM to 8 AM, without AC hot, only one fan at mixed dormitory AC room. Electrical pluging socket is not work properly ! Problem for charging phone

We had a great experience at this hostel. Our friend had a broken ankle and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating, moving us from our room on the third floor to another room that was more accessible. Would highly recommend for the service alone, great location and great value! Thank you!

Do not leave your passport as motorbike bond!Door is always open. Nobody checks at the reception.They will keep your passport in an open drawer without safety.I also never met any motorbike service, in over 40 countries visited, which doesn't accept money to cover the fuel, when returning the bike. The reason is because nobody is knowledgeable about how much a full tank is.

We had a great time a the happy house hostel in chiang mai! We stayed for 6 nights and we could use the airconditioner without any extra costs. It is very cheap and is located very well. It is very small, but in general I would recommend it!

It's located near the chiangmai gate of the night market, so you don't have to worry about anything. Excluding the occasional bike crackdown, I recommend a bike tour at an affordable price.

the bed was one of the hardest i’ve had in thailand but the lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful that it made my stay so worth it. She helped sort my transport to chiang rai and even found me a friend to take the bus with! so kind and caring would stay again just for her help!
