Reasonably priced rooms But the water heater was broken and the water flowed very slowly at night. I called and received a reply saying to use it first. You have to endure using cool, very gently flowing water first. In the morning, I informed again and said that I would send someone to look at it. In conclusion, we waited until 11 a.m. and no one came to see us. Very bad service Not solving problems for customers The room is not ready but the room is released for guests to stay.

Good location, but it's useful to have a car or motorbike.Rooms are good and not old, price is ok.For short stay ok.For long stay I strongly recommend to check room at the beginning of your stay in detail together with owner, take pictures of everything which is not ok and make notes together with owner, check room together with owner before you leave. If cleaning or anything else is not ok during your stay, take pictures and tell the owner immediately. Document problems, if you want to get most of your deposit back at the end of your stay.Beware of ants.

It's a room in an alley. May be suitable for people with cars. There are both monthly and daily. Daily price for a single bed is 550 baht, a double bed is 650 baht. It is a 3-story building with no elevator service. There are many car parking spaces. Inside the room is clean. The ceiling is high so it doesn't look crowded. The lights in the room are bright. There is a balcony at the back. large refrigerator There is also a dressing table and wardrobe. There's a flat screen television. The bathroom looked very clean. Bathroom appliances still look new. The shower still looks new with no black stains. Bedside plugs are also available, WiFi is available, and spring beds are available. In summary, this price is recommended.

Unfortunately we made bad experience in pps House. We payed for 1,5 month in advance. After 1 month and 9 days we wsnted to leave earlier. We didnt ask for a refund for leaving earlier. We just wanted our paid deposit back. We asked to leave room next day at 7 oclock. But the manamegent tried to find ways to not give us deposit back in cash. She say her staff may not wake up this morning. We not accept this solution and she reacted very unprofessional and said if we not trust her that we have to do it now. Give her the room back immediately and made big drama. But she so „nice“ and give discount for one night for hotelconditions if we want leave next morning. We paid the room even 7 days more already. I was shocked about this unprofessional behaviour so we decided to escaping from that place asap. Cleaning was 5 times. She wsanted 400 baht more when we left the room becsuse she said she clean first time when we moved in. Yes thanks for a clean room in a hotel. Unfortunately our last stay there.Many ants in room.
