I chose this accommodation because I had limited time, but it was good value for money. It's close to the Sunday market. Be sure to bring a filter. Of all the accommodations I stayed in, the color changed in the shortest amount of time.

There is a small balcony in the room, where you can sit and relax or dry your clothes. The room was clean and tidy, and I slept peacefully. There was an episode on the last day. I suddenly felt uncomfortable at night. The landlord, the security guard and the ladies at the massage parlor opposite were all very helpful to me. They are kind, enthusiastic and make people feel warm.(I originally wanted to have a meal on the last day and then have a massage opposite, but it was a waste)

Also, the room was only cleaned once every two days, so he only came in for one day out of the three days.☑️There was no trash can in the room, which was a bit of a problem.☑️Wi-Fi worked without any problems.☑️The water supply is not clean, but hot water comes out properly.☑️I could hear the staff yelling loudly both in the morning and at night, probably because they were having fun downstairs. You shouldn’t make a reservation at Iho Del by looking at the photo.From the entrance to the hotel, it looks like a prison passageway from a movie. When I opened the door and looked at the room, it was broken. There were only 2 bottles of water in the room and soap, shampoo, and rinse aid.I made a reservation on the 9th, but only had 2 cleanings and no more service.I buy water with my own money. I can hear everything from the soundproof room next door.At this price, invest 4,000 to 5,000 won more to get the service.I invested 4,000 won more and made a reservation for the 20th at a certain hotel.

I found it very quiet with birds chirping in morning, could not hear the traffic, the location is perfect not far from the tha Pae gate, 200 Mt walk and close the the best street food as well as 7eleven very close. The on,y let’s down is the wifi speed and the shower could be cleaned better the glass super smudges and in show water backs up. Big bright windows and a mini balcony over pool. We were on floor 3- it was room 3341 and 3345. Probably on the high side in pricing.

I lived in Chiang Mai, Krabi, and Bangkok for a month from April to May 2023.I stayed in Chiang Mai for about 20 days, and this is the accommodation I stayed the longest at, 14 nights and 15 days. It was nice to be able to stay at an affordable price.Advantages:1. Good location: Close to Tape Gate and quiet as it is in an alley.2. There is an elevator: Because there is an elevator, I was able to go out often and shop to my heart's content. (There are quite a few accommodations without elevators, so be sure to reserve a place with an elevator. The quality of your trip will change.)3. Cheap price: I booked through Agoda and stayed for 14 nights and paid about 230,000 won.4. Clean water: I brought the shower head and filter, and it was fine as it didn't get dirty right away.5. Facilities: The room is spacious, the bathroom is large, and the closet and drawers are large for good storage.6. Veranda: The veranda was wide and had a hanger, so I could hand wash and hang out the laundry, and it would dry quickly.7.Kindnessdisadvantage:1. Crime prevention: The door is thin and must be opened with a key.2. Facilities: The facilities seem clean but old. The main light is small compared to the size of the room and is very dark. The bed is hard because there is no mattress.3. Air conditioning: I don't know if it varies depending on the room, but the room I stayed in didn't have a cool air conditioner... It was so hot that I often ended up sleeping on the floor.4. Cockroach: King cockroach came out several times and I was scared.Conclusion: Great location, great price! Stayed for 2 days. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old-fashioned. The TV is thick screen. The staff are friendly. It is clean and quiet. There is a balcony for drying clothes. Parking is available on the ground floor. There are many restaurants, drinks and massages nearby.

This hotel is a pretty good family run hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. Wifi is good. Aircon ok but not that powerful. The location is perfect in the old town. The bathroom is good and bed comfy. There is a belcony and parking for a motorbike. I will stay again next time for the good value of 500 baht.
