It's really convenient for transit. Located next to airport with free shuttle van.Big room with a living area.The only bad thing is that the aircon is leaking. But just for a nite it's OK.Better repair your aircon.

If you are looking for accommodation near the airport This is truly an option that you shouldn't miss! The hotel is located just a few minutes from the airport. And there is a shuttle service every half hour. Very comfortable Importantly, the receptionist is friendly. Very attentive and well taken care of This makes your stay feel warm and like home. Moreover, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a long trip. Let me tell you that if you try to take a break just once. Will definitely be impressed!

I booked a family room as i was with 3 small kids (8, 6, 2 yrs) we fly in from another country via Bangkok and still need to fly back home after almost 2 months summer vacation elsewhere so we have 3 big luggage ( no wonder i also pay excess fee at airport) and one small suitcase and a laptop and shoulder bag.My complaint —- The guy at the lobby who pushed one suitcase while i enter the door of the hotel said he can’t help me with the luggage as he stops neae entry to elevator, he said he can’t help me to bring up till my room which is at 6th floor, imagine how can i take up with 3 small kids. I end up putting the kids in the room, i went down by myself and took the rest of the 3 suitcases by myself.- It rains a bit after we arrived in the room, water seep in from the windows and i call reception and i ask to come to see but instead send a two room service who comes with towel and put on towels near where water seeps in, a solution but it’s no long term solution, in every rain there will be water seeps in.- I went down to ask for drinking water in the reception, the guy there showed me 7/11 shop near by and that’s where they sell water. So apparently they don’t even provide drinking water also.The room is big in the family room, nice clean room and sheets but very small not clear tv. And balcony door cannot be locked so it’s unsafe for children.All in all I give 2-3 stars only cos of the service. I had better experience of hotels within Thailand.

Booked online for a night before our flight. Great place to stay, comfortable rooms, big comfortable bed, clean and neat, convenient drop to airport, superb breakfast. Had to walk a bit to find dinner as the hotel restaurant closes after breakfast. No drinking water glass in room.

very good transit hotel for 1 day flight transfer (not sure if it is good to stay long for holiday). Roof pool is pretty good too ~ hotel close to HKT airport in 10min walk distance. free airport one way trasport is provided (from hotel to airport). Store luggages in hotel will charge fees ($50B/piece/day). I am satisfied with this hotel in the view angle as a transit hotel, happy with everything that provided in the room. Nice room rate too ~ 😊Can borrow bicycles to ride along the neighbourhood in Nai Yang beach.

It's next to the airport. The cost performance feels good. This is the first time I've seen a price list for when equipment or supplies are lost or damaged. This may be because many people take their supplies home. However, the hair dryer and air conditioner in the room I rented were not working properly. I don't know about the breakfast buffet as I didn't use it.
