To be honest, I didn’t expect much from this hotel for such a price, but there were several factors that simply disappointed me and the only night here was not comfortable for me and my sister. The staff doesn’t speak English, is super unfriendly, there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet and room, the presence of mosquitoes and ants just killed me, in the morning during checkout there was no one at the reception, and the next morning we were woken up by rumblings from the top floor. It's better to pay a penny extra and stay somewhere better. The only plus is that it is very close to the airport.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are very good, go into the alley about 2-3 hundred meters, give a suggestion, move the TV to the front. Because when I went To go up or down, you have to walk past the TV. Walk-through program on TV is walking past the employees because the employees sit and watch TV I don't know how inconvenient it is.

Went here with my wife for our honeymoon trip back on may 2024, came back again to the same place on august 2024. Reason for coming back to the same accommodation as the staff and the amenities is great.

This was a decent stay if you are looking for something simple that is right next to the airport. I should not have expected much for the price I paid, but even so I think it's worth mentioning that I saw two bugs in my room. The property also advertised free airport shuttle which was NOT the case after I asked the front desk. They said they would schedule me a shuttle for 6am the next morning and once I got to the lobby there was no car waiting and not even a staff member to help address the issue so I ended up ordering a car on Bolt.

Stayed on August 6, 2024. The room was very clean, very new, no breakfast and very cheap. You can walk from the airport. Entering the alley should only be no more than 200 meters, very convenient.

The water pressure in the shower was so weak that it was not possible to take a shower.Also, there is no toothbrush.When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy a toothbrush at 7-Eleven.The people at the front desk were very unfriendly.

One word - horrible!We booked this place to be near the airport for an early flight and let me tell you I would have much rather stayed back in BangTao and woken up an hour earlier.Firstly, the wifi is no existent, we had to walk to the local 7/11 to have access to internet. When I asked the front desk they were clueless and very unhelpful.That brings me to my second point, the people who run this place are rude and speak very little English.Next, the place stunk of weed. Walking through the corridors it’s all we could smell, when we woke up to take a shower and stood near the front door it’s all we could smell.We were woken multiple times in the night by people coming and going, the walls are paper thin and you are able to hear everything going on next door!If you think you’re going to get a cheap grab to the airport because of how close this place is, think again. A 4 minute grab cost us 250 baht! We had grabs in Bangkok which were almost an hour and cost us a similar price.Please take it from our experience and avoid this place at all costs! Honestly, I would have preferred to have slept in the airport, at least they have working wifi and it doesn’t smell like weed.

Stayed for only one night the location is great if you have an early flight to catch but the staff doesn’t speak English at all and couldn't pay by card. I had serious problem go and withdraw money early morning before going airport. I wouldn’t recommend.

Very nice room, to be honest the best we had the whole 2 months in Thailand. Great bed, clean and nice blankets. All worked well, a lot of space and for our son also perfect due to the mattress at the window. The room for us for this price really was a 9/10. Unfortunately the staff is not speaking English. And the location is not the best. There is a restaurant close (150 meter) and also 711 around 250 meter but not a big choice. More restaurants coming at around 1 km going south. So location could be better.For 1/2 nights I can absolutely recommend due to the comfortable room! We really liked it.Btw. Ok the balcony was weird. No space and a sink... That's it. Funny but nonsense. 😉This helps, push the helpful button

Do not under any circumstances book this hotel, we had to reschedule our arrival in Phuket, we warned the hotel about this in advance, but they still wrote off the money and didn’t even get in touch. We booked for several days, did not return the money for a single day, they simply ignored our requests. Stay away!

When I arrived around 1 a.m., the old man was waiting at the reception. He seemed to be annoyed, checked my passport, gave me the key, and just said the Wi-Fi password as if talking to himself. …
