Cheap, good location, nice staff!I stayed in a mixed dormitory. I was a little scared of the mix, but everyone was quiet, the rooms didn't smell bad, and there were plenty of women staying there.Individual lights, outlets, and blackout curtains in bed. It's not a pipe bed, but a well-built bunk bed, and there's space next to the bed so you can store things.The air conditioner doesn't work during the day, but there's a big fan running on the ceiling. However, the owner brought a fan, so I was able to use it freely during my stay. I'm thankful that it won't be collected until checkout!When I rented a bike elsewhere, I was in trouble because there was only one helmet for the two of us, so when I found out that they also rent bikes here, I asked if I could just rent a helmet, and they gave it to me for free! Thank you! I returned it the same day.All the staff were friendly and helpful.I would like to use it again when I go to Chiang Mai.The location is also very convenient, close to the night market and old town!

We booked from the Agoda app.Already reserved and paid. But when the day came to stay, the hotel said that the room was not full. We were confused and told them to stay nearby. There is no responsibility at all. Very bad.

For backpackers with low expectations. Near Chiang Mai square. Dirty walls, bathrooms outside. Cheap and central.

The dorm beds are relatively spacious and there are lots of bathrooms. Room cleanliness is decent. There is no elevator so you have to take the stairs. The wifi in this hostel is very poor. But in terms of price and facilities, it is very cheap. I stayed for 2 nights but there was an incident where they repaired the cupboard and sawed the wooden cupboard in the room which disturbed all the occupants in the room.

It is well located but dirty, moldy showers, something broken on every corner and edge. There was a mattress on the floor, the walls are greasy. The instantaneous water heater was broken in both showers and only droplets of water came out of the shower. The best thing was the bar to the right, where jazzy music played and you could read in peace. I'm not coming back, I've now booked somewhere else and am staying another week…

A very cheap place to stay, but I saw cleaner student apartments than this.The mattress is super hard and on the floor on a pallet, dirt everywhere, the shared shower had mold, ants, and general lack of cleanliness.I think they need a big deep cleaning and renovation.

Churd (the owner) is the best!! I came to Chiang Mai, now I’m sitting here since 3 weeks, eating the best panang curry everyday and having company by lovely people. Can only recommend, I love it

Nice place to stay if you consider the price. We've got a double bedroom with shared bathroom. The only minus was really thin walls you could hear someone is typing on his phone in neighbour room lol

We reserved this place via phone/whatsapp for one night because there was no one at the reception. She confirmed our booking. At 13:40 she texted us saying that if we don't confirm until 14:00 she will give away our beds. Unfortunately we have been already on the way to the hostel and no internet. At 14:15 we arrived and she told us she gave the beds away and there is no free bed for us at all. We had then walk around to find something else. The hostel can't expect sth. like that. Tourist don't have internet and a 20min frame is too less time. Worst experience ever. In addition to that the receptionist was very rude and passed the fault to us.

Terrible dirty, room, toilets, roof, stairs…all!!! I can’t believe they are allowed to operate. I give one start because I can’t put minus -10 , hope managers will read this and change the workers and clean the whole building.

I paid 6 euros per night for a single room, the place is clean, scented sheets and towels, the owner is very kind. There is no window in the room, but for me it was absolutely not a problem. More than excellent value for money

Cheap, accommodation suitable for the price Stay comfortable and save money. The owner is very hospitable, the food is delicious, very cheap, not too far from the Chang Phueak bus terminal.
