Stayed for about a weekIt was so, so good.It seems like a memorable accommodation.The reviews were good, but I was worried because it was cheap.Now I want to cancel my other accommodations and stay here.Unfortunately, I checked out because I couldn't cancel the reservation.All staff, including the owner, were friendly and friendly.It is true that the accommodation is a bit old, but it needs to be maintained.Well done. My room had a view of the swimming pool, so they cleaned regularly, broomed the streets, and looked at the garden from time to time.He managed it.The swimming pool is really nice.The accommodation and the swimming pool have a very Chiang Mai feel.The room condition was free of bugs and mosquitoes.The water comes out well and the water is really clean.I used one filter for a week and it was as clean as a three-wheeler.It was amazing!!The downside is that the air conditioner is loud.I turned it on for a moment and turned it off. Fortunately,It wasn't very hotI carried around my big bank key in my backpack.I don't think I'll ever forget that. It's a happy memory😊(Of course, you can leave it at the counter)Anyway, if I come back to Chiang Mai, I will stay here.

(2018/02)A long-established family-run hotel founded in 1973. I've been staying at this hotel for about 5 years now, and it's the best hotel in Chiang Mai in terms of atmosphere, value for money, location, and friendliness of the staff. This is my only choice in Chiang Mai. Especially the pool and garden restaurant are very comfortable. The owner's daughter (Mr. Ploy, a graduate of Chiang Mai University) speaks fluent English, so you can ask about anything.Also available for lunch only.

This was my absolute favorite stay in Thailand! The hotel's vintage charm and attention to detail transported me to another era. The family-run atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel created a relaxing ambiance. Perfect location, yet peaceful. Highly recommend!The hotel's charm and service are top-notch. To make this place even more amazing, perhaps the owners could consider upgrading the pool's filtration system to keep it a little more clean.

This hotel was one of the loveliest places we stayed in Thailand on our family trip. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the pool area was great to relax. It was the perfect place to end our trip!

A quiet place, close to the center but it seems like an oasis in the middle of the city. The girl at the reception was a 10, friendly and helpful, she helped me with everything, especially with the visa extension, I didn't have to do it and she solved an issue that would have given me problems at immigration. Thank you so much

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks.We felt at home, the rooms were clean, the swimming pool was well kept, a stone's throw from the centre, the girl at the reception is lovely, there is a nice lady at the bar who is super friendly.I highly recommend it

The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant that offers breakfasts for 120 baht and also lunch and dinner. The big plus of this hotel is the swimming pool! Very clean, pleasant, in the sun all day, with deckchairs and chairs to settle in! We feel very good there!Very good location too, close to a night market for eating.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very nice time. The hotel staff were very friendly, the building is old and nice looking, there is a relaxing pool surrounded by nice trees and the rooms were very clean (and cleaned every day). The location is very good, with local streets nearby with small restaurants and easy access to the centre. Our room was a decent size, basic, good according to the price. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This review is written after staying for 5 nights and 6 days from 2023/12/23 to 2023/12/28.Advantages1. Low prices even during peak season and weekends.2. A quiet location that requires entering an alley from the main street.3. The northern part of the old city center is accessible on foot, and there are three motorcycle rental shops nearby.3. Well-equipped, relatively clean and spacious rooms.4. Friendly and patient staff.5. There is a swimming pool (although we did not use it) and it is available during daylight hours.disadvantage1. There is a lot of noise between walls and in the passageway. There are too many guests who are not polite. I get annoyed by people watching TV with the volume turned up at night or slamming the door in the hallway. After all, you have to get to know your neighbors well...2. The shower space is narrow and stuffy, and the drainage method is inconvenient.3. Even though cleaning and bedding maintenance seemed to be done every day, hair had to be removed from the bedding with a tape roller every time.4. The method of opening and closing the window is very inconvenient.5. Since it is located on a one-way road, when entering or leaving the hotel by motorcycle/vehicle, you must go around the surrounding road.6. Wi-Fi (speed) almost unusable late at night.The biggest problem is the noise caused by the old building. It's funny that you need luck to know what kind of person the guest in the next room is. It is a somewhat unfortunate reality that the inconvenience of the facility cannot be compensated for by the kindness of the staff. (These are just problems that will never be solved unless the entire building is demolished and rebuilt.)
