The hotel is fantastic, the facilities are very clean, it smells great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is varied and very good. The last day before we left, they wanted to charge us because the cleaners reported a small stained towel (since it had rained a lot of mud and when we used it it got stained) without being excessively stained. Just a subtle brown, even though the room was neat and clean. Otherwise everything was fine, but that demand, after many days of spending and respecting the hotel, was unnecessary. The service from the workers in the hall and host are great!

If you receive a keycard with the number 31xx, don’t be happy, because this is the 3rd floor, not the 31st floor. When you open the curtains and face a wall, you can’t see anything. I will face this wall. 3 nights. In addition, the location of the hotel may not be convenient and Grab cannot be reached, so I will not choose this hotel next time I go to Chiang Mai.I booked this hotel because it is a new hotel, but I was very disappointed. It showed signs of use. Moreover, the connecting rooms did not have extra locks, which made it feel unsafe.

Very comfortable and modern 5* hotel but with only 2 slow elevators you spend more time waiting for them than anything else.Very good and varied breakfast. Dinner was a bit disappointing.

!!!!!!!!!!!!! nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!2 nights stay very bad experience1. The room has a problem with the smoke detector, the indicator light is always blinking and is low to the bed position, can't rest, very disturbing to sleep2. The restaurant is small and narrow, there are very few walkways in the restaurant, causing guests to bump into each other all the time while sitting and eating3. The swimming pool is closed for renovation without prior notice4. The equipment in the children's area is not complete, there is no maintenance5. It is loud during 1-2 AM because the 21st floor is a pub, the staff will wash the cups and glasses and drag the chairs all the time (we stayed on the 20th floor, a family room with 2 bedrooms)

The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the cleaning condition inside the room is poor. The crumbs of the snacks from the table the day before were still there, and the bedding and pillow covers were still the same. The bathroom has good water pressure but is very narrow. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are comfortable and good. The staff service is generally good. Location-wise, it is close to the Night Bazaar, but in an ambiguous location compared to the overall downtown Old Town.

New accommodation, beautifully decorated, spacious rooms. The hotel has all the amenities including a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, fitness center, and a very large swimming pool.On the rooftop there is also a very beautiful top view picture. It is the highest rooftop in Chiang Mai.
