Disappointing Experience Due to Staff AttitudeUnfortunately, my stay at this hostel was marred by the unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and like a burden rather than a guest. The receptionist seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence, making the check-in process uncomfortable. Throughout my stay, the staff members were dismissive and unhelpful, showing little concern for guests' needs or inquiries. It's disappointing when the people representing the hostel fail to create a welcoming atmosphere, ultimately overshadowing any positive aspects of the accommodation. I would not recommend this hostel to fellow travelers until they address their staff's attitude problem.

Why would someone who doesn't speak English be at the reception? We can never get along. He doesn't know a word. Breakfast was included in the room and they said they canceled it. However, they did not say anything about the cancellation while receiving the money. and at night there was an incredibly loud fight, as if they were pushing the door. They hit the walls. And only 2 rooms of the hostel are occupied. That's why it was so scary. The person at the front desk only speaks to someone via video. He never looks at you in case you ask him something. He feels like he's going to faint the moment you make eye contact. why are you here ? We are currently looking for another hostel. Also, they didn't even put shelves in the room. shelf ! Not everything needs to be on the floor. I've been traveling for 1 month and this is the hostel I paid the most money for. It must really be a nightmare. You also take off your shoes at the entrance of the hostel. But I guess they are not responsible for the sheets in your room.

The mattress was dusty and the room was dusty, probably because the room had no windows. But the bed is comfortable. There is a full length mirror. The door is difficult to close and open, you have to drag and pull it. Got a room on the 5th floor, no elevator. Good location, near Wat Phra Singh. Love it.

Small room with bathroom and private shower perfect for staying a few days. The girls at the reception are very nice and helpful. In the same apartment you can rent motorcycles and tours, it is very easy and accessible. The only thing I would change is the variety at breakfast.

Worst service we've ever had. No staff on site. There is an active construction site under the windows. We were offered to call the reservation service to cancel the reservation. We called, but the hotel refused to confirm cancellation. We ended up going back and standing under the door at night because the staff is not there again. The construction continues. I will be bypassing this place. But I will leave reviews wherever I can. Nothing could have ruined the last night in town like that.
