A very nice hotel, with delicious breakfast and restaurant, a very large swimming pool and an authentic spa shop. It is very clean and the service staff is very friendly. I stayed here with my family for a total of 6 days. Next time On vacation, I will continue to come and stay....

I would not recommend, wasn't expensive but had a 4 star rating so expected a bit more. Old rooms, bad buffet breakfast. Staff didn't seem happy or wanting to help. I saw mice running around the meal areas. Paid for 6 nights but only stayed for 2 and went elsewhere. It's September and they still have the Christmas banner up?!

I don't know about others, but I liked the hotel. Convenient location, large pool, breakfasts to choose from, you can find something for yourself. Cleaning every day. Friendly staff in the lobby. I addressed problems to the guy AE (that's the employee's name), all issues were resolved without problems.

Excellent hotel with a good location, 10 minutes walk to the bay and shopping centers. Friendly staff. Cleaning every day, special thanks to the girls who clean the room. The room has all the amenities. Spacious dining room and delicious breakfasts.

The location of the hotel is good, it is a twenty-minute walk to Petong Beach Street, and a five-minute walk to the sea. All the way there are shops and small and big stores, it is very easy to get a taxi and motorbike. You can walk around the city center. The hotel rooms have old decoration, but they are clean and tidy. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, I do not recommend this hotel, but if you are looking for a cool pool and a tropical atmosphere and close to the center, it is great. The pool is bigger than what you see in the picture. If you want the rooms facing the pool, be careful in choosing the type of room because there is another building next to the building in front of the pool. The variety of breakfast is low, but the quality is good. One sausage model, one sausage model, pasta, butter and jam, no cheese, vegetables and two fruit models and...There is a bar and music by the pool. Outdoor reception. Some employees did not know English and due to the request for an extra bed, we asked for a bigger room, they found out late, but they cooperated and changed the room. There was an electric kettle, tea, coffee, hair dryer, shower gel, conditioner, towels, etc. in the room.The room is cleaned every day. A bottle of water is placed in the room daily

The location is ideal or at least it was to me. I could go to the beach in 5min (walking) and to the very center of Patong (10min) without having to suffer from its noise. The bed was great, and the bedroom too overall even if a bit outdated to my taste. The cleaning staff was very friendly but the reception couldn’t help me less…for restaurants, tours, or anything else, they would just tell me to go see in the street!Gym is ok (except for pecs…very important information 😂😂😂) and the pool is nice with a lot of shade. Didn’t try the restaurant, the bar nor the spa that seemed closed when I went there

Mixed Experiences at Phuket Pool-Access HotelRating: 3/5Our recent stay at this Phuket hotel was a blend of highs and lows.Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, within walking distance of the beachfront, stores, a popular local mall, and street food stands. Convenience stores nearby are a plus for quick necessities.The highlight of our room was its direct access to the hotel's swimming pool, which was a fantastic feature for our little one. The hotel does offer elevators and luggage porter service, which is convenient for guests.The breakfast spread was good overall, though vegetarian options were limited. It's worth noting that they collect a 1000-baht security deposit in cash at check-in, returned after a room inspection at checkout.Now, for the areas needing improvement: Our first impression was marred by the rude reception staff during check-in. While we noticed other, more pleasant staff later, the return of these less-than-friendly faces during day shifts was disappointing and impacted our experience.We faced a few issues with room service. On one day, our room wasn't made up, with staff claiming they "forgot." Also, oddly, no hand soap was provided for the washbasin - we were expected to use shower gel instead.The tropical climate and pool-access room meant dealing with numerous mosquitoes. The hotel should consider providing electrical repellents as standard. Safety was a concern in the pool area, where rough tile edges caused minor cuts on our feet.In conclusion, while the hotel has some great features and a prime location, there's significant room for improvement in customer service and attention to detail. With some tweaks, especially in staff training and room amenities, this could be a top-notch Phuket stay.
