This is @davidcuarzo1986, with a YouTube channel. There is no way this hotel is SHA Plus, not even a joke. It doesn't have air conditioning, which I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact that there were numerous dirty things in the room and others appeared destroyed from use. The cups I used to serve my coffee were so full of dirt that I couldn't remove it and I had to drink the coffee in glass glasses that I brought myself. To make matters worse, the windows are barred and overlook a despicable landscape. And it wasn't exactly cheap.

Simple and worth the money for location. TV didn’t work perfectly but we were not looking for that. No breakfast so we toke the breakfast at Blue Diamond nearby and was excellent.

I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I loved my stay. The room is quite spacious, water, tea and instant coffee every day. Room made to order.Very well located hotel, much cheaper directly than through the platforms. I paid 500B/night.The only downside is that people speak very little English. So you have to sort it out yourself, but it's not a problem :)I will come back to this hotel if I return to CM!

Booked 7 nights stayed 1 night says it all. Not very welcome or friendly. Room basic with hard bed and no real top cover , just a very small cloth cover which did not even cover the bed. Very noisy area with windows you cant close.

First top then...the second time the following year mother and son were quite rude and unfriendly. I could have booked the room cheaper online, but I thought there were fees for the landlords when booking online, so I went straight there. Mother and son laughed at me! To get the price I should probably book online. You should show your customers a little more respect and politeness!

Well located accommodation, just a few minutes walk from restaurants, 7 eleven. Impeccable cleaning.And the staff is very attentive. Fair quality/price ratio. Without a doubt, it would be an option again on a next visit to Chiang Mai.

An incredible family run guest house and small apartment building. One of my favorite places that I ever stayed at in Chiang Mai. My last stay was about 6 or 7 years ago and since I am planning a trip to Chiang Mai right now, I was just checking to see that they are still operating. An incredibly good location to stay in the Old City of Chiang Mai, especially if you are arriving on a bicycle. I am pretty sure I took some photos there and will post them after I find them.

Not friendly staff, not customer orientated and you don't feel welcomed there unfortunately.Just a good location. There are plenty better places to stay in Chiang Mai.The place is not worth the name, at least not from what I expect from a Mum home.I hope the staff considers this feedback and those before, because the rooms are nice and as mentioned the location as well, but accommodation is more than just that.Good luck to you!

My room was large, clean, big fridge, ac, fan and tv with western channels or at least english speaking movies. I stayed for a month and will stay there again. I love the family dog☺💖. The family was helpful and nice. I like the area of Old Town it is in.
