Tonight, I'm sorry, I'm a regular customer of my son's Warta Hotel, if I stay for up to 1 month but the staff is not friendly, the guest's high school is very high...it's ugly and bitchy again, please boss, change the staff...today I'm checking out and I'm going to pay for the hotel to knock. Knocking on the door, the guest didn't respond, like a beggar, he wasn't friendly to the guest at all

I ordered via Traveloka but when I wanted to check in I was told the room was full and I was moved to another hotel (Lavarta Hotel) at that time. fortunately the facilities and prices are comparable. the room price is very cheap under 150k before Nyepi 2024. the parking lot is quite spacious. the cleanliness of the room is in line with the price, the location is strategic on Jalan Pidada, there are lots of culinary delights that are cheap and quite complete. for friends who are looking for culinary delights It's halal in Denpasar, so this could be your alternative choice

- the water suddenly turned off at night.- The one on guard is not 24 hours, at 6 o'clock he goes to the front post to report there is no water, there are no people.- The hotel doesn't have a number that can be contacted.- Don't provide blankets even though you have AC- bathroom cleanliness: ππ»- he said there was hot water, apparently there wasn't.- The TV is just decoration.

The room smells really bad, the pillow smells of sweat, the blanket smells, the bathroom smells dirty, the AC is hot, lots of mosquitoes, there are no bath towels, the TV is broken. No recommended.

Very unprofessional service. We have booked through Traveloka since the beginning of the month. But when he arrived he was told the room was full and occupied by other people. As a result, we were thrown into another hotel and charged at that hotel. The next day after returning to the hotel it was charged again.
