late checking out because I was taking part in a marathon & the roads were badly congested. Thank God we are still given flexibility. The location is near government offices, not in a residential area so there are no cats & dogs that I'm afraid of. Thank you Suksma

Probably the worst hotel room i ve stayed in so far in my life. Bed sheet, linen, pillow covers are full of stains and holes from cigarette burns. Floor, bathroom floor and shower floor full of woman hair. The bathtub is the worst of all, supposed to be white but it is blackish, i avoided shower for 2 days during my stay. Air vent in the ceiling of bathroom is more black than black, cant define it. A/C is ok but also very dirty. I arrived at 10pm, no one at reception, rang the bell, no one, rang again, no one, kept ringing continously, after almost 10 mins some guys appeared, he is the greatest loser, weakest personality i ve seen in my life. Does not speak english, it s fine coz we use translator, despite that he understands the the situatiin and the problem(payment) but does nothing at all. I will never ever forget about staying in this hotel will recommend it to anyone. Only good thing was, next day hotel ownetlr contacted me, despite the other guy he was so polite, apologized, etc etc. Forget 1 day, not even an hour DO NOT go there

Lack:Dusty mattress (as if it had never been dried/cleaned, resulting in sneezing and runny nose), no blankets, no towels, wifi also doesn't reach the room and is very slow, no drinks every day.Excess:Cheap and City Center.Advice for Visitors:For those who have allergies to dust, etc., it is recommended to look for another hotel, from not getting sick you could get sick from sneezing while staying here.Suggestions for Hotels:Please pay more attention to cleanliness of the mattress and toilet.

Honestly, the hotel is clean, the father and mother are kind, and it's close to everywhere, if I have the luck on a holiday to Bali, I'll definitely stay here again, and the cool thing is that the twin bed has a wider mattress, the first day I ordered at Oyo with the double bed, then the second day until the day 9th ordered a twin but it was even more spacious hahaha but I didn't take a photo of the room, basically it's good, the price is cheap but it's not dirty, it's not shabby, it's not scary

I know this isn’t an expensive place to stay but the least they could provide is a cover/ duvet for the bed? No towel, soap or toilet roll either. Loads of mould on the ceilings also.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door didn't work, the shower didn't work, the bathroom light was off, only 1 room light was on out of a total of 4 lights, the room had lots of mosquitoes, the sheets had lots of stains... basically not recommended

While I was there, thank God it was safe, but the room had lots of mosquitoes, the toilet was clogged, the water was smallBut it's not bad for traveling, just sleeping, but luckily I prepared my own bed sheets and pillowcases from home, so the sleep was comfortable, there were no blankets or doormats, but this is the only way to get a room,Next, other facilities and equipment will be repaired, because unfortunately the building is good but the facilities are inadequate, the location is very good
