We stayed two nights at this hotel. Clean rooms, with air conditioning, access to the pool and breakfast included. At Padang Bai port. From the hotel itself they offer tours as well as taxi or boat tickets. Agile.

Great hotel for 1 night. The big disadvantage for me was the large seams and gaps between the windows. This way, geckos, mosquitoes or other animals can easily enter. The room was otherwise basic and the bathroom was also in good condition. There too, there were only grids with mesh at the top, some of which were already broken. The breakfast was very tasty and the swimming pools are also good and tasty. We had arranged boat tickets through the hotel and the gentleman who helped us did a great job. The next morning he even came by to deliver the tickets, great service!

Had the family suite for a night due to short term booking and availability. Despite the AC being little small for the room size (probably 40 sqm), comfortable bed and several parking spots for cars!

There are 4 of us (2 adults and 2 girls aged 1 year and 5 years). Spacious rooms, abundant breakfast. Staff also available to organize tours and transfer tickets. 3 swimming pools and internal restaurant.

Property was pleasant enough. Go prepared with no basic toiletries, TV does not work, refrigerator was mouldy, towels have seen better days … you get the picture … Staff and owner was really very nice, and that’s why I came back to stay despite what I said earlier. This was my second time here.

Reasonable hotel close to the harbor from which many boats leave for the Gili islandsSanitary facilities were not clean on arrival, after complaint they were cleaned immediately with apologies, good restaurant belonging to the hotel, good service with luggage, even with a small contribution the suitcases were delivered to the boat. Furthermore, good beds. A hotel not expensive.

This hotel is a great choice for a night’s stay before catching a boat to the Gili Islands. My friend and I got the last room available, which turned out to be a spacious and very nice family villa. It was decently priced, and the staff were friendly and polite. They even offered us free water bottles, possibly because we were in the family villa. They were also very helpful in organizing our travel to Gili. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

Simple but good rooms. Pools really nice. Team very helpful. We recommend to book with them the transfer to Gili and the car to Kuta. Nice people.

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was absolutely okay for one night, but unfortunately we had very bad experiences with some of the staff who wanted to sell us overpriced things in their own interest, which left a very bitter taste.

The condition of the bathroom is not very good. There is a problem with hygiene. There is no free water in the room. When you go to the lobby, there is free water and a water purifier in the refrigerator. I was shocked by the trash can with dirty things in it. However, there is no free water in the lobby.The staff was very friendly and I arrived comfortably with a 600k won airport pick-up. The driver did not help with my luggage when moving. It was my first time seeing it. I chose it because it was close to the Wahana office, but I will not visit again next time.

I can't even make a reservation properly. The receptionist does not reply to emails properly and there is no whatapp app, which is very inconvenient.I tried to just use the reservation site, but gave up on staying after seeing a review that said swimming in the pool caused a child's ears to get sick.

Very close to the port.The rooms are spacious, and the toilet and shower are fine. However, there are no room amenities.The shower head can be replaced.The owner and staff are all friendly.I wasn't expecting breakfast, but it was better than I expected. The rice was delicious.You can book a ferry to Gili here (the day before). I don't remember the price.There are three swimming pools, and all are large enough to enjoy a moderate amount of water play.It's quiet and suitable for a stay before heading to Gili.

OK room in great location if you need somewhere to stay before catching boat to islands. Reasonable breakfast included. The attached restaurant across the driveway from reception is great. We'll priced and delicious food with a great view of the bay.
