The staff service is very bad, and the hotel is very Kumu Bulan, it looks like a hotel but is like a shophouse that is not well maintained. Earlier I booked at Oyo and it was clear that my booking was confirmed. And when I arrived at the hotel there was a man who had no manners and casually said The room you ordered is not there. And if you want it, the price is 200. I say Kow. No, there's no room. Why is it on the application for sale? So I'm booking and the booking also comes in. Immediately, I'm happy to say I want it, OK? Yes, I just answer, cancel, and here you are, sir. This old man said yes, you can cancel. GK has no manners. So for those who want to stay here, it's better to go to another hotel which is clean and has a nice welcome to customers.

It's really dirty and you are asked to charge more for AC facilities even though the application states that the facilities are complete with AC. Smells of urine and dirty, not friendly. I've already booked 2 nights and I would rather leave the hotel and lose money than make a fuss. Complaints on the tiket.com application are also not provided with solutions. Hopefully no one gets fooled again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I booked and paid an AC room on Agoda, and once I arrived at the property, they said my room was not available and offered me a fan room for almost double the price instead.
I lost my money. Don't book here. They're scammers.

I booked a room which was confirmed. Upon arrival I was told that if I wanted to stay there I would have to pay more money. I was also told that it was because of booking online (and it now seems from a previous review I just read that this might be a pattern of the establishment). I was shown a aign saying booking online full yet it didn't look full at all. When I stated that I would not pay extra the person attending to me became rude and disrespectful. There was no apologetic humble nature amd there was only the sense of disdainn by this person when I stated I would go somewhere else.

This is the worst place I ever seen. Don’t believe the 5 star ratings. The rooms are dirty, as soon as you come they will tell ask you to pay more in cash if you want to have what they advertise. No tv, no ac, no toiletries, no towels and not even internet on the room.I asked the reception about it, and they say that if I want ac need to pay extra regardless of what it is advertisedThe room didn’t even have anywhere to connect to electricity. The only port in the room was for a small fan. After a night sleeping there, you will feel your body itchy.If you don’t agree to pay the extra they will sent you to the worst place they have and all the way to their last floor.The photos they advertised are nothing alike.You should rather pay for a hostel than this thing…. The location close to the beach is the only good thing.

The hotel management is very bad, I could say it's a scam, I've booked via Agoda and already paid, but when I arrived it was still charged again and couldn't cancel, please don't come here so you won't be disappointed, there are many other hotels at the same price with better facilities,Dirty rooms, dirty rusty toilets, the facilities inside are damaged, the towels have holes in them, the terrace is very dirty.The hotel area looks like it is partially occupied, because the conditions are shabby and there are lots of piled up items.Plus, the location is close to Kuta beach, you can walk.And the room is air conditioned and quite cold

Very confident when booking because I saw the application and read what was offered. Traveled from Banyuwangi and arrived in Bali at 12 at night. Arriving at the hotel, I was tired and was slapped with reality. The guard asked for an additional 150,000 to get air conditioning facilities. Meanwhile, when booking, you don't order a promotional price, and there is no price difference. It's really not maintained, and the facilities are zero. You can see the walls of the hotel, even the fans used are not maintained. Garbage everywhere. When I stayed overnight in the morning, I really didn't pay attention to asking the cleaning staff to sweep the room. It was a really bitter experience in Bali. Which already booked for 2 nights. The reason why the hotel applied was that they did not know each other about the hotel. Many guests who come complain about the same thing. Hopefully in the future it will be more honest. And hotel facilities are taken care of. It's a shame because the location is very strategic.

I should have seen the reviews before I booked a room here today.We tried leave the luggage around 12 in the afternoon as they said the rooms were not clean. Totally understandable. We asked them if we can leave the luggage and come back. At first they said it’s fine but as soon as we placed the luggage and were about to head out the reception guy said he has not done such service before and need to check with the owner. After 5 mins he said we can check in to another room but need to pay 150,000.Also, they have a sign in the reception saying ‘BOOKING ON LINE FULL’ . They asked us to cancel the booking online as they get most of it in commission. I told them it was a non refundable booking but they are not willing to understand. After much negotiation we had to pay the money as we didn’t want to waste our time.About the room: in short, it’s horrible !Avoid this place by any means.

The location is good, very close to Kuta beach, you can just walk to Kuta.The price is very affordable, not even 150 thousand.But the place is really dirty, in the empty space there are mattresses and used bottles. There are no trash cans.The room fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned for decades. There is only 1 plug in the room and it can only use a fan.The bathroom door was stuck, there were no towels or toiletries.I won't be coming back here again
