Stay for about a week. A fairly neat boutique hotel nearby. The standard room is dark so it is only recommended for higher grades. No elevator. The swimming pool is good enough. Hotels in similar price range in Olta are not of this size.

What I felt after staying for a weekmerit2 minutes walk to Wat Phra Singh? 3 minutes? in the distanceIf you like temple walks 👍7-Eleven is also nearby, across from Wat Phra Singh. It's close to the Sunday Market, so it's easy to go to the accommodation after visiting. There are good Thai tea places nearby and Amaka Coffee, which many people go to.Nearby, opposite 7-ElevenInfrastructure is goodSwimming pool is well maintainedThe room was spacious, the bed was soft, and there was a smart TV.YouTube and Netflix are available, and Samsung phones have smart sync capabilities.I heard the song on TVFour bottles of water are refilled per day.(Two bottles in the refrigerator, two next to the coffee pot)Since two card keys were provided, I left the air conditioner on.It's always coolStaff available at reception 24 hours a daydisadvantageReason for subtracting one starBecause it is a hallway-style structure, the noise is enormous. It's no joke if there are kids running in the hallway. It's also quite annoying when people walk while dragging their slippers. This is the sound of the door. When you open the door and enter, be careful when you close it.It can be closed quietly enough, if possible.More than 90% of people don't do that.No matter how careful you are when leaving, it closes with a loud sound.Even if you are not sensitive to noise, it was a bit annoying. And if you have sensitive skin, a shower filter is a must.I can't last a week.Shower booth drains slowly.Excluding three things: noise, shower filter, and drainage. It's worth staying.

We stayed at Singharaj for 4 nights during our stay in Chiang Mai and it was everything we wanted and more. The check in process was very smooth, staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. …

Advantages: Location near tourist attractions in the middle of the city, convenient walk to Walking Street, Wat Phra Singh, close to restaurants, coffee shops, friendly reception staff, good service, smiling and attentive to customers, new rooms, clean, no musty smell. Facilities: tea, drip coffee, complete. No breakfast service, but close to many breakfast and coffee shops.Criticism: Parking is quite a bit. The old male security guard doesn't seem flexible, doesn't provide service, doesn't take care of facilitating finding a parking space and parking. He just sits there and watches. He probably doesn't even know which cars of customers or people in general are coming to park.

There were other hotels in a similar price range, but there were too many ants here. I didn't even want to unpack. It was friendly, the location was pretty good, and the pool was pretty, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking.

Scammed me with the laundry. Said the weight of it was 4.5 kg. It was only a small bag... Definitely doubled the price. Ended up paying 360 baht for 4 days of clothing...

Noisy corridors and strange noises during the night (not from the neighbours, I believe). Plus, you get better service in other hotels in the same price range. I asked whether they can store my medium sized bag for two days and they refused, telling me only if I came back as a guest. That is fine as a policy but other hotels in the same price range were able to provide this extra service without hesitation. So you get better deals and service elsewhere.
