outrageously bad service. each day is hard to even just find water. the balconies dont have chairs on and the building is very run down. our sheets werent changed in 1 week of us staying here and not only this they tried to just take money from us whenever they could.just for a laundry service it was an exortionate scam rate, if you want to drink basic water disproportiate fees are charged. just to get our delivered food it was a 10 minute round trip to the lobby and back.despite bali being great, this place isnt. id go somewhere else AT ALL COSTS.

My husband and I love Le Grand Bali! I don't know why there are negative reviews, we had a great stay, very clean, comfortable rooms, with slippers, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, hair cap, hairdryer and cotton swabs. The breakfast has a huge variety, it's very delicious, and the restaurant that operates separately is also delicious and the prices are very similar to the center of Uluwato, which ends up being a breeze. We used the pool and gym and found them to be very good too, plus we rented a motorbike for a fair price at the hotel itself. Perhaps for some the only issue is that the hotel is located on a golf course, which ends up being further away from shops and restaurants, but for us it was a positive point, we don't like being in the middle of the crowd, especially Bali having There was heavy traffic, and as we rented the motorbike it wasn't a problem. The staff are also super helpful and concerned about your stay! I highly recommend it and would go back!

Great value for money!Didn't have high expectations as it's a big one, but overall it was very pleasant there. The employees were very polite and you felt comfortable. There were several options for relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was completely sufficient and varied. In the evening you got something to eat at a good price. You could also rent scooters on site. What was cool for us was the cooperation with Savage, a beach club/bar where you got free entry and we were able to take advantage of that. However, I wouldn't have been able to stay there for longer than 3 days because such large facilities are not for me personally, but it's definitely great for a stopover to come down and relax.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely outstanding! The rooms and facilities are immaculate but the staff members working here stole the show. From the staff who met us at the door, to the housekeeping staff to the wait staff, particularly Devo who hosted our dinner one evening! They were all so warm and welcoming and made it such a gorgeous experience for my 6 friends and I.

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are old, neglected, and they smell. In terms of location, there is a large hotel area within the golf courses, but you can't go anywhere by walking. We preferred breakfast included, but it was unnecessary (We couldn't find much to eat). We had dinner, it was nice, and the prices are reasonable. In general, Considering the price and performance, would you stay in this hotel? If you are a honeymoon couple, you would not choose this hotel.

I don’t get the negative reviews on this place. I stayed w my partner for 9 days and it was incredible. Balinese people are super nice and it’s no exception for the people in this hotel. Everything was extremely clean every day, complimentary water bottle daily, really great wifi and warm water. The swimming pool is great, there’s a pool table as well and ping pong and a gym that we used almost every day. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I arrived because I was expecting worse after reading the comments. We found everything in a good state and nothing smelled badly (like some reviews on the toilet). It’s great value for money specially for the prices you have in Uluwatu. And of course it’s a bit far from the center but you know that when you book this hotel. It’s impossible to be in such a big hotel with so many amenities next to a golf course and be in the center of the city and near everything. You can rent a moto in the hotel which have a decent price or just get a grab/taxi.

We booked supre deluxe room but they upgraded the room to suite on their own which was very sweet of them. The staff was friendly and hotel location is also good. Food at restaurant is really good and not at all expensive which was a good thing. I'm vegetarian they have some options in which pizza and pasta were good. Pizza tasted Indian style which was good. They have a small gym but still good. They have tennis court, table tennis, pool table, and swimming pool. The bad thing was that the property is old they should invest in proper maintenance of property. Furniture and amenities are bit old. The rooms also have old furniture easily visible that it requires maintenance. Swimming pool also requires the same Complimentary breakfast was good and good thing was checkout was at 12 (rare). They should add air conditioning in gym and restaurant as it was very hot there and everyone was sweating.

The two stars are for the price which is reasonable and for the friendliness of the staff. The rest is just disappointment and unpleasant surprises.A check-in where I was told that I would have to change rooms in the middle of my stay (I have never seen this in my entire life and despite all the hotels I have been to), it was necessary that I negotiate so that this does not happen.A room truly “on its last legs”, the finishes are catastrophic for a 5 star. And I'm not even talking about the bed, we feel the springs all along our body, wondering what we're sleeping on.As for the breakfast, by far the worst I could eat in Bali, no flavor for the omelette, the fruits are lukewarm, the juices are anything but natural, very disappointed therefore. We will only remember the reasonable price of this stay.

I am so confused by all the negative reviews. Myself and my son have stayed here for 4 nights and it has been lovely. It’s clean, staff helpful and has a lovely relaxed feel to it. …
