A place I will definitely recommend to my friends. There are three double rooms, and I lived in room no.3 with independent shower, toilet and washbasin inside. I lived alone so it's spacious. The room was clean, stylist, and comfortable. I enjoy my stay here. It takes 30 minutes walk to the old town, so mostly I rent a scooter or take grab. You would hear the sound of airplanes sometimes, but the sound would cease after 12 am. (midnight) It doesn't bother me since it fis my bedtime schedule. Host is nice and friendly, he helps me book the scooter, borrow me a clothes horses when I need. Although there is no breakfest provided, the host do provide some instant noodles, snakes and drinks above and inside the fridge. Also, there are microwave, induction stove, electric kettle and sufficient kitchen ware to use. There are coffeeshop, restaurant, ice cream shop and food stall aroud since it is near Chingmai University. In sum, this place are part of my memory in Chingmai and I will love to go back again.

The hotel is very clean. My mom and I stayed here for four days and we felt very comfortable. The boss will greet you by writing your name on the door in advance, so you don’t have to worry about the different languages. It's next to the airport (but planes don't fly at night). I prefer people who sleep well to stay there, but the host will also provide earplugs. I hope you enjoy the trip.

It's a well maintained hostel. Ambience is really great. And you get all the freedom. Owner Mr. Noi is a wonderful and helpful person. If I got an opportunity to comeback to Chiang mai, definitely I will come to this same place. Highly recommended 👍

Budget accommodation The quality is better than the price of 400 baht. 📍Close to the airport, take a taxi from the field for 150 baht (minimum price) and close to Suan Dok Temple. 📍Clean room, in the room there are all things to use. There is a hair dryer as well. 📍There is a guest house style kitchen, there is coffee, milk snacks, and instant noodles for you☺️ There are only 3 rooms. 📍Respond to chat on fb quickly 📍Very impressed. Will definitely be a regular guest here❤️

The room was very clean, modern and everything we needed was provided. The location is perfect with a motorbike and near to the city. The host is very kind and it is possible to rent a motorbike for a good price. We also were allowed to use the kitchen, furthermore we got water bottles as much as we wanted for free. There is also a private bath in the room with shower gel & shampoo. Its such a nice place for a city trip to Chiang Mai and the price is invincible!!!The only contra is the noise from the airplane because the airport is nearly located. The host is so kind and provide earplugs for free and in the night it's silent (the airplanes just take off until midnight).

Just finished 10 days here. Very nice chill vibe. 10/10 would recommend.If you like hostels for the common area and cool people to have short chats with, it's a good place. There are only 3 rooms so you may or may not meet others.The location is awesome, we love The Barn Cafe also just down the street. I do a lot of camping so for someone that sleeps on the ground, I have no complaints about the bed. Bathroom was nice. Place was clean.Owner is awesome dude. We didn't speak too much, but he is great energy. Usually stops by to say hello.Go Nietzsche. Go anarchy.

Tasteful design and nice communal space, clean and comfortable bedrooms and friendly owner. Neighbourhood is nice and relaxed and non-touristy, but has everything you need in walking distance. Really enjoyed spending 10 days here!

Impressive, it's a private place to stay. There are 3 rooms in total. Fully equipped with soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and towels. Chill out and have a photo corner. The owner is kind and friendly. If there is a chance to use the service again.

The bed springs are all broken, sticking out, and lumpy. I have no intention of visiting again. The owner painted a picture of hemp on the front door, and the room door is a lock.

My friend come to visit me at Chaingmai then we have to find the place to stay for him. The location is ok. Rooms are so good. Price is nice. Not far from town. Wifi is pretty good. I absolutely recommend this place.

It is a chicly designed accommodation. There is a cool living area, good breezes, and quite calm because it is not next to a main road. But it also receives noise from airplanes taking off. Because it's not too far from the airport. Which if anyone has no problem with this It is considered a comfortable 4-star accommodation.Parking is in the public area outside. which accommodates guests staying comfortably Because there are only 3 rooms and this alley doesn't have many cars coming in and out. Parking on the side of the road still has a safe area for vehicles to pass through.Small dogs can be brought to stay. There is a shared refrigerator where we can keep our things cool. There are also free food such as fruits and other snacks available.The accommodation is clean. Not completely, but considered to be at a good level.This place has just been built for occupancy only 2 months from now (10 Dec. 2019), making the condition still look very new.The owner is a friendly person, easy to talk to, and kind.If I have a chance, I will stop by and stay again. Because it is convenient to rent a motorcycle. Because some motorcycle rental shops will deliver for free because they are not too far from the motorcycle rental shop. It's also not far from the market. To be able to walk and exercise.Most importantly, it is close to where I work and the woman I love very much. I can come and stay here. Then stop by to see her when she needs help in no time.
