Very close to Crystal Bay beach. This beach has very nice snorkeling and we even saw turtles and dolphins

Staff was very rude. We rent the scooter and it was not working fine so we return it back just 15 min even petrol was full still they charged the whole amount and was behaving so badly. Heartless staff.

Excellent small, quiet hotel, the bungalows are beautiful, well maintained in a magnificent setting with gardens and swimming pool. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, attentive to customers. We recommend this establishment!

Lost in nature in the evening nothing to do, the room which needs a refresh, the dining menu which is not crazy, the breakfast quantity reduces from day to day. You get what you pay for.

My stay at this property was not as expected and I find it important to share my experience:Firstly, despite a prior arrangement, we were not picked up from the port, which made the start of our trip quite unpleasant.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The walls were often wet and general hygiene was unsatisfactory. In our bathroom there was a constant drip from the toilet which, despite daily cleaning, was not resolved until we pointed it out to the host.The breakfast was rather modest and not suitable for those who are very hungry. In addition, the cutlery, glasses and plates were often dirty, causing additional inconvenience.Unfortunately, there were also discrepancies when renting the scooters. Although we were assured a price of 75k per day via chat, we were charged 100k on site on the grounds that they were newer models. However, it turned out that these “newer” scooters were already at least 5 years old and had seen significant use, so it was more of a rip-off.In addition, the rooms are very noisy. You could hear every little thing that other guests were doing in their rooms or on the property, which led to many sleepless nights.Overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation. How it gets a rating of 4.4 stars is a mystery to me. I hope my experiences help others make a thoughtful decision.

For German holidaymakers:The hotel complex looks nicer in the pictures than it actually is.The walls of our room were wet and moldy. The cutlery was also regularly dirty and unclean.The pool has an area of 10 square meters and looks quite new in the pictures, but it is no longer. The pool tiles stand out in several places.Our pick-up from the port was not honored and we were “left behind”.The rooms are very noisy. Since there is construction going on in the neighborhood, you can't “relax” by the pool or read a book in peace.I don't understand any recommendation from us as to how to get 4.4 stars here.Traveled as a couple, September 2023.
