Bad host. We had made a reservation for 3 people. And he wanted to put us in a double room.Didn't think along and he only wanted more money for the 3rd bed.We didn't stay a second longer.

Just be aware that this place is very very dirty. Well it was in the room I was in. There was a rat in the ceiling that kept me up all night. I couldn’t bare to stay another night. The lady was very nice but I do not recommend staying here

To go to the pool seen in the photos, you have to leave the hotel and go 3 side buildings. The pool is dirty. bed and pillows are moldy and smelly. There are cockroaches and mice. Even though we booked the room we saw in the photos, we were given a very dirty room and were told that if we wanted to stay in the room in the photos we would have to pay 20$ more. The hotel is very messy, there are renovation materials everywhere.

I try not to write bad reviews if possible.I am posting this to serve as a reference to travelers who are thinking of having a happy trip, as they may experience some inconvenience due to this accommodation.The room is damp, the shower is leaking, the drain in the bathroom is clogged and doesn't drain properly, black water comes out of the sink, the bathroom door doesn't close well, and the ceiling is dark as if there are spider webs and mold everywhere. Worst of all, I couldn't sleep all night because I had hives on my body.I made a reservation for 2 nights, but after staying 1 night, I requested a refund for 1 night.Fortunately, the owner was kind and gave us a refund, and we moved to another accommodation the very next day.If you want cheap accommodation despite this environment, use this accommodation.There are two double beds and the room is spacious.I made my accommodation reservation late, but all the accommodations in Ubud were fully booked, so I couldn't find a good accommodation. Ubud is a place with many tourists, so if you are planning a trip, we recommend that you quickly reserve a good accommodation.

Strategic location.. comfortable.. clean.. in the room there is a toilet.. there is a fan.. amenities outside the room are tea.. coffee.. mineral water.. the staff is friendly.. towels have been lent.. given tissue... there is a separate swimming pool depending on where you get the room... very affordable for those who are backpackers in Bali...

Peaceful place, if you like hearing the sound of crickets and friends, you can stay here. There are rice fields behind and in front of the room, you can see it, the location is strategic, not even 10 minutes to the monkey forest (as long as you leave at 8 in the morning, there's a bit of bad traffic during the day) then to Tegalalang it's only 20 minutes, to Tegunungan waterfall it's also only 20 minutes (if there's no traffic jam)

THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME by forcing me to cancel my reservation on Agoda and they said it is free cancellation even though it was not free!!!I contacted Agoda and they suddenly changed mind, asked my whatsapp number (?!) to approve my reservation.Don’t stay here

Very friendly and warm hosts, very comfortable beds, everything is clean, there is warm water and a pool, you can rent a scooter very easily and the location is quiet for a good night's sleep. We were very happy with the Soca House! Thank you very much!
