The living environment is very clean and nice. Especially the staffs, I’m suffering from Bali belly and they are very caring and eager to help. I definitely will come here again next time when I come to Bali!

great location along main road, easily walkable to highly rated cafes, restaurants and salons. service is great, staff helped me move to a room on the higher level smoothly. did a foot scrub at the in house spa and was really impressive. totally worth the price! on the flip side because hotel is beside the road, it is pretty noisy at night. and rooms and towels can be cleaner though.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and strategic. The view out is also beautiful. Anyway, really recommend it for couples on honeymoon, holiday or staycation. Thank you 👍🙏🏻

I want to go to Atlas Beach Club as a free complimentary from booking this hotel, but the staff at Atlas Beach Club bring me and my friend to the other club, even there is no ongoing event at the beach club. we asked the staff hotel about this and no compensation nor explanation. very bad. I feel lied to.

Excellent spot. Located centrally easy to get transport everywhere. Close to shopping, Coffee Cartel. Rooftop|Pool was empty most of the time and perfect. Lower ground pool good for shade and again no one in it. Spa was also great. Comfy beds and pillows.

Stayed in a suite for 5 nights. Overall, it is clean and the quick response when you request something you need is impressive. Breakfast is also local and quite good. However, because of the front view, the suites are located entirely on the road, so they have the disadvantage of being noisy at night. Instead, for this reason, they provided ear plugs, so I used them well. Other than that, the room was okay as there were no bugs at all. Late check-out is also possible for an additional fee until 6 p.m.

Location and rooms are good. But the service is awful. It took 1 hour to wait for the room to be available. I came in 14.00 which is check in period. But came out i get in to my room in 15.00. Time wasted for nothing

It's very cost-effectiveThere were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was nice to have something to eat or get a massage.Even though the check-out time was very late due to traffic congestion after the tour, Glenn said it was okay and took good care of me, so I ended on a good note.

check in with groups - 43 peoples.large rooms with comfortable beds, good foods and friendly staffs at a very reasonable price.the location is perfect, many convenience stores in this area, famous restos nearby.you should try croissant and coffee at BUKA across the street.overall we are satisfied with this hotel.thank you for the staffs that always accomodate our demanding requests :p

Thank God, I had the opportunity to be invited by the Ministry of Cooperatives through the Entredev event and had the opportunity to stay for 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel. The event venue is quite spacious. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable.
