Checked in & told I'd have a 3 bed room & then would need to move the next day. Had actually booked 2 x deluxe queen rooms so ended up with 2 rooms but had to move the next day which was a hassle.Staff member wasn't particularly friendly to us (never introduced himself but think Jambo was his name) never asked if we wanted anything-he seems to do everything from check-in to restaurant so we felt more inclined to return to our previous accommodation where they were super friendly & welcoming. A lovely man named Karl though was always smiling and had a much more better temperament. Queen rooms were much nicer, basic but all you need. Air con in room, lamp next to bed, small table n chairs out front along with a place to hang wet things.Pool was small but it was enough as it was deep and never felt crowded.You could always get a lounger or the beautiful beach is right next to it with swimming good at high tide. For those surfers it's just straight out to Shipwreck Reef and there is a "water taxi" that will take you & your board out for a fee if you prefer.Were told they didn't do cocktails or serve wine, so I went next door to Linda's and got some nice frozen daiquiri. However the last day I saw Jambo making a cocktail so unsure if it was just a special for that person.The location is fantastic with the beautiful beach, many restaurants/bars within walking distance and rooms all in a nice garden setting. They tend to only give you one or 2 towels, no handtowels and no specific pool or beach towels, not a biggie but I might just bring my own beach towel next time. Internet didn't work in my room but was fine out by the pool and restaurant. They play chilled music which is great for watching the sunset and just relaxing. Everything is quiet and shut down by 9.30ish.Apart from the lack of hospitality from Jambo, I would still stay here again and enjoy the gorgeous beach, view and location.

Didn't stay but came here for dinner and drinks twice during our time in Lembongan. Jamboo is such a nice guy and super helpful. Surf tips, island advice and a great person to chat to. Booked us a private snorkelling tour where we saw Manta rays and turtles. Will stay here next time we're here.

This hotel was chosen for us by our agent who said it was all there was available for our dates (3 nights). Our twin bed room has no space to hang or store clothes, the beds creak every time you move and no top sheet is provided. …

We were only there to eat and drink. The service there was great. He came up to you without being asked and the manager Karl was very nice and accommodating. The drinks there were ice cold and refreshing and the pizza was delicious too. It wasn't too crowded and the beach there is beautiful too. You can enjoy the sunset. We recommend.

We arrived at this hotel after our previous accomodation was a big disappointment… This was recommended by our local driver and we were so grateful.The hotel is right on the beach with the restaurant and a pool. Bit small but who cares when you can go for a dip right in the ocean.It was so easy to walk down the beach and find restaurants, and about a 15min walk into town you can find convenience stores, spas and markets.The layout of the rooms is in the style of a motel sort of, it’s a beautiful garden walk to the rooms.To be honest the rooms aren’t the fanciest ever, we had two single beds, no safe, aircon, only cold water for the shower, lots of open spaces… had a big bug crawl across my face in the night once… I didn’t really care just mainly was an issue in the bathroom so we kept the door shut.Honestly loved our stay here, the sunsets were beautiful… just be aware there were fireworks on the beach every night we stayed.

Hotel is neglected. Mould in some rooms from leaking shower base in room above, rooms had no safe, no fridge, no toiletries, no glasses, no bottled water, one plug socket which didn’t hold a plug (fell out), no wardrobe, no bedside lamps …

A small home stay style accommodation right in the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great for sunset. The bed was VERY comfortable, shower was hot but basic, aircon worked well. Sadly no fridge or safe in the room. |Good location. Breakfast was served but maybe skip the coffee!

Such an incredible hotel, with the most lovely man who is so kind helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, such great value for money & incredibly located just off of the Main Street and 2 minutes from the beach. Love Puri Shoa and the lovely man who runs it!

Stayed at this place for three weeks. Too bad, no kettle or small fridge in the room. I asked for a bedside lamp, because otherwise there was only high light, I got it the next day, great! Bedding was not always clean and was broken here and there. The toilet did not always work (she always fixed it right away) and the bathroom, the fan made a lot of noise. Could be better.Staff friendly, but remained distant. That's too bad.Beautiful place, nice swimming pool!

We had 10 great days here, they gave us a better rate for the long stay. Staff were fantastic, Jambu and Carl were there to chat,laugh and advice with anything. Housekeeping could have been better, food was great, great location in the heart of Lembongan, great clean pool. So glad we found this place, highly recommend 🙌

We recently stayed at Puri Nusa Beach Hotel for 5 (or how many ?) nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is located on a beautiful beachfront property with stunning views of the ocean sunset, with other restaurants and bars to the left and right of the resort on the beachfront. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with air conditioning, hot water, and decent WiFi (although sometimes inconsistent, which is normal on this island). The resort also has an infinity pool and a delicious restaurant.The staff at Puri Nusa Beach Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. For example, when we arrived, they showed us where to rent motorbikes and gave us directions to the best tour guides and spots to visit on the island.The location of Puri Nusa Beach Hotel is perfect for exploring Nusa Lembongan. It is just a short walk from the main street and town, where you can find shops, restaurants, and bars. It is also not far from some of the best snorkeling and diving spots on the island.Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Puri Nusa Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nusa Lembongan.

We just came for drinks and some snacks and it ended up being one of our favourite afternoons of the holiday! Coldest beers we had on the island, delicious bar food (spring rolls and onion rings were unreal) and great music.
