This hotel was a big disappointment. Despite the friendliness of the staff, the room was really in poor condition. When I arrived I had to ask to change the sheets immediately because they were stained and full of hairs. They changed but it wasn’t impeccable…The room is humid, it's awful, everything was damp, and I got sick, I think that didn't help. Several of my books have been damaged by humidityThe worst is the bathroom. How unsanitary! It really needs to be updated! The shower curtain was disgusting, there are marks all over the room, the bathroom has an opening to the outside (which cannot be closed = it attracts mosquitoes)The towels provided are also dirty.In addition there were socks of unknown origin in my room (certainly not mine)In addition, there are fish in a tiny pond and it really saddened me to see them there…The dogs at the reception are super cute and very friendly 🫶🏼 Like all the staff who were adorable!I'm sorry to post a review like this, but this hotel does not at all live up to my expectations! Maybe not all rooms are like that, but mine is! (room 4 with a direct view of the reception 😖)

The location is amazing, 5 minutes away from the beach, and you have everything near you from restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, clothes, etc.The hosts are amazing, very helpful and very inviting, always ready to help when needed.The pool in the hotel is really nice.The room is spacious and big, bed comfy.The downside is the bathroom. It looks like it’s from the 1970’s, it’s just ugly. The towels were stained, even when changed they were stained as well.

The hotel is 5 mins to the beach and 10 mins to restaurants or bars. Very convenient.The staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful.The room was spacious and quite clean. However, something was probably wrong with the sewage system or drainage so the toilet stank whenever you plush or turn on the tap. Also, i was in room 101 and the WiFi was really bad.

Great stay! Good value for money. I spent a week in this hotel. Rooms were super clean and the location was great. The staff was super friendly. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a hotel in central Canggu!

Nice hotel in a street that is not easy to find.. very friendly and helpful staff.. very nice and clean swimming pool, scooter rental 10 meters from the hotel.. the flaw was the room: not very clean and the bathroom was from the Renaissance, truly ugly and old, with that sorted out the hotel could become very good and competitive..

Assisted by helpful and friendly staff (Ms. Grace) from reservation to stay.Location is ok, swimming pool n comfortable atmosphere, rooms are spacious but damp.Unfortunately the rating dropped because the bathroom was dirty, lots of spots starting from the floor to the walls.The sink/bath tools must be looked at and replaced. Suggestions for renovating the bathroom so it's not dirty so it doesn't look like a motel

The rooms are very clean and there is a public kitchen. I would especially like to thank the hotel staff. They were very caring. We made sausage and eggs for breakfast. Hotel is 2 minutes walking distance to the Echo beach. 10/9

The room is clean and receptionists showed great and warmest hospitality, on top of that, she was my life saver and helped me a big one! Recommend strongly to stay with them if you visit Canggu.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and have good air conditioning. The location is a 5-minute walk from the beach.The staff is super friendly and really thinks along with you.If you are staying in Changgu, this hotel is definitely recommended!

Great place to stay in Canggu! The rooms are big and clean. The staff is very helpful and kind! There was some works next door when I stayed which they made up for and kept apologising for even though it wasn’t their fault!

Staff is great and friendly, location is very good but the room is a bit old and the bathroom for sure needs a renovation, service was okay but not complete as they will leave used cups in the room and not replace them, not adding the daily coffee
