I stayed two nights as a solo traveller and had a lovely experience. Friendly staff, a clean room, and conveniently situated amongst cafes, street stalls, and bookshops, a 5/10-minute walk away from Tha Phae gate.

The location is ok, suitable for people who don't have a car, with very little parking. Reserving a hotel is not enough. You have to reserve a parking space as well. There was no advance notice of this matter. I don't recommend it to anyone who brings a car. Because he would let us park in a secluded alley, a long walk away, or on the side of the road (which in the morning we had to come down and move because the wheels would be locked).Small, cramped room, no double bed, got a 4th floor room, no elevator, stairs are a good test of leg strength. This school is not suitable for families. Not suitable for the elderly Not suitable for people with cars

Check in in the evening, no staff present. There is a sign for you to call and inquire about, which is understandable. But what's not okay is that there are only 3-4 parking spaces and all the license plates have been reserved. I don't know what to choose from. The staff recommends parking on the side of the road on the temple side or in the temple on the opposite side. The safety of the car probably doesn't exist. When I said I had luggage, the employee said it was okay, I could park. Is that a sentence that the guest had to say if they were willing? But the trick is, the room is on the 3rd floor, there's no elevator, so you have to walk up the spiral staircase to carry your stuff. The room is quite small. The window curtain is not completely closed, so you can easily see in and out of the bathroom. (In this part, if anyone wants to stay, they have to be careful of their own privacy.) The size of the room, looking at the picture, you can't tell how small it is. If I had known before, I wouldn't have reserved. No mood to travel

There are 3 parking spaces. You must make a reservation in order to park, but on Agoda it doesn't say to reserve a parking space. So I parked on the opposite side. In the morning the wheels got locked. I'm in a bad mood.As for the room, it's too small. And got a room on the 4th floor. Had to carry the luggage up the stairs only.

Being from another province I've never driven in Chiang Mai. The roads are one way and there are a lot of alleys. Arriving at the hotel, there is no parking. The staff did not recommend anything. There aren't even any employees. Drive around looking for a parking spot. As it is a oneway drive around four or five times. Until I get a parking space, I drive right away. Sometimes there are red and white lines. I entered the wrong alley. Until I get parking My head is already hot. But I don't have much money. If I were a rich person, I would definitely check out. I have to endure clenching my jaw to sleep. Parking on the side of the road like this is dangerous.

When checking in, there were no employees at all. I want to leave my bag first. You have to call and tell them. Even though I was sitting in the back and saw that I was at the counter /// But I wasn't impressed. The beautiful room was a bit cramped. But okay for 2 people, the bathroom is good, very clean, no car, recommended.

New hotel, next to Tha Phae Road, beautiful room, still new, small, narrow, no balcony, very uncomfortable. Parking must be reserved. Stay on the 4th floor, but there is no elevator. The worst thing is that the employees do not give advice or show any friendliness. There, reclining and talking with customers. Speak without a voice That is, I immediately felt bad when I met the receptionist. Really the worstIn the end, I just went up to look at the room and asked to check out from the room and go to the accommodation. I've never felt anything as bad as here before. I don't know if they hired this employee directly to chase away customers. The results were unbelievably good.

The rooms are minimalist, comfortable, beautiful, luxurious, expensive-looking, in the city, convenient to travel, close to restaurants and food.

The hotel is really perfectly located, not far from some very pretty temples and superb little craft shops. The staff is polite and kind! We had a problem in a room and within minutes it was resolved. The only small negative point is that there is no elevator otherwise, it is really a nice hotel in Chiang Mai with an area really conducive to walks and discoveries. The prices are really affordable and we really liked the minimalist style of the decor.
