Finally I stayed at this bucket list hotel. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and big for one person staying, and the ambience is relaxing with all the greenery. The staff is very helpful. The hotel itself is located behind the Lush Restaurant. From this hotel I can have a nice morning walk to Canggu beach or other hype restaurant and bakery. One of best options for staying in Canggu.

Absolutely terrible, no hot water, toilet flush doesn’t work, toilet seat came off the floor, shower head is clogged and the water leaks over the head, disgusting smell from the toilet which spreads across the room, air conditioning doesn’t work unless you leave it on for 4 hours, no towels, the staff don’t answer calls so you have to go to reception to get towels, no separation between toilet and shower, after all of this the property denied all claims, booked through Agoda but it seems Agoda is all in on this scam, stay away from Agoda and their scam hotels, do not trust the pictures online, the hotel is nothing like the online pictures this is a scam run by Agoda and Rimbun, I was not offered another room, we had to use the toilets in the restaurant downstairs

HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind (remembered our names during our stay) and made everything easy. The room was relatively basic but had great AC and the staff efficiently cleaned and made the bed and replaced tea/coffee/water in the room every day. The pool was gorgeous and felt like we were in a luxury nature villa (it was mostly very quiet around the pool).The Lush restaurant next door was perfect for breakfast/food/fresh coconuts by the pool. There is a shop/gym/cafes/ATMs next to the hotel which is super convenient. They also organise a laundry service from reception which was fast and efficient. It is slightly further from the beach, so you will need a moped/gojek/grab to get around.All of this, and it was unbelievably affordable!

Excellent stay, very good location, close to the beach and far enough away from the chaos! The staff is very friendly and willing to help, the breakfast is one of the best in Indonesia 🇮🇩 I would return to this place 🥰

The hotel was in a great location, clean and the workers were welcoming. Loved the pool and the greenery. The rooms were a tad bit small but if it’s one person it’s fine, but the bathroom was very small. I didn’t like the fact that the toilet is in the shower and it’s nothing to separate it. So when you shower the entire floor will fill up with water. So the bathroom would be my only complaint.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Best experience iv ever had with a hotel. Beautiful pool area and hotel. Felt like I was in a jungle and nature all around. The service was extremely helpful and they all helped me and my husband so much when our flight got canceled and we needed a later checkout. They didn’t charge us for it but tried their best to accommodate the situation. The food at the hotel café lush was the best waffles iv ever had. Service here was brilliant. Everyone was so kind.Kept very clean in the hotel and they seem to really take care of their premises. I would stay here again for sure. Also prefect location. Close to literally anything!!!! Well done guys your amazing!

The atmosphere is really nice and calm, there are lots of lush plants, easy access, the front desk is friendly and very helpful, bringing suitcases to the room, you can leave things if you check in late in the morning, there is a clean swimming pool, towels are available, just ask at the receptionist, the WiFi is fast, if you go to Canggu you will definitely get it Staying here is fixed.

I tried to contact Lumbun Canggu, but there was no response. I booked a hotel, then I haven't seen the hotel review, it turns out the hotel doesn't have parking, I tried to cancel my reservation but there has been no response about refunding the cancelation funds. It's a shame that an aesthetically pleasing hotel looks so beautiful but to respond to customers, they can't respond quickly and even have no response.😭🥹

I asked for laundry at the hotel. The next day I was charged 2kg IDR 150000. Too expensive. The shower room is soaking wet. You can hear the whole sound of the shower next door.

Paid S$45 for a bunk bed which is great value. Could have been $22.50 if I had someone to share the room with as I totally didn’t use the extra bed. Room is small but sufficiently clean with the amenities required - shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer.Pillow was quite nice and firm and bed was comfortable and clean. The blackout curtains were amazing, and because I was situated in room 104, I was all the way below and maybe that also helped because it was quiet. I had the best sleep there, as compared to my previous accommodation where the rooster coos every hour even at night!I didn’t use the pool but the surrounding area is very green and peaceful. There’s also a cafe beside which feels like the same space but actually separate from the restaurant.

A place with a good price with lots of greens in the middle of Batu Bolong but very lack of service unfortunately.I can’t believe they did mosquitoes fogging around 6am with the super loud noise and poison smell, I bring an infant and it’s not very comfortable at all.I can ignore the fact that the shower space is very small, and staff didn’t help at all even though I carry a baby and bring a big bag when I checked in but a super loud fogging in the morning at 6am is very disturbing.I hope you find a solution for those issues and improve the quality of the service because you actually have a nice place.
