Labak hotel was an alright accommodation for travellers who aim to spend most of their time outside of the hotel.It’s location is good for activities in the north such as ATV or white rafting. The service crew were nice and helped us with our request for laundry services - 20k per kg.It’s is located about a 10min walking distance from any conventional mart, and about a 10min bike ride to downtown. overall, was satisfied with the room and service for the price (around $65 a night).Only downside is there was no hot water for two days.

Room is not well maintained. There's stains and dirt everywhere. Bed sheet is stained and it looks disgusting. Amenities were always not replenished (we need to keep calling reception to get them replenished). Toilet door lock isn't working. WORST PART is the water heater. Taking a shower IS A NIGHTMARE here. There's no hot water for your morning shower, only ice cold water. And if you shower in the evening, you can never get a steady temperature. The water will keep on going from ice cold to scalding hot temperature, keeping you on your toes. Be ready to jump in and out of the shower to avoid burning/freezing yourself during shower 🙂We also had our room changed 2 nights later (we went out early morning) and their morning shift staff did not convey the message to the next shift staff and we almost ended up with no room to enter after a long day out. The evening staff couldn't understand a single thing we said and it took us a long time to get him to call his colleague to understand what's going on. 🙄View is nice but I wouldn't come back. Cleanliness and the water heater issue is a deal breaker for me.

Front desk was all lovely young people!The pool has amazing view and was never crowded. The room the color everywhere is going away from the wall. Any small animal can get through the door on the terrace because it doesn't close properly. The bed sheets were dirty but they still wouldn't be replaced after I said so.It's a lucky thing maybe you get a good room maybe not.

Checked in with fully opened air-con in the room. That was a nice idea. Infiniti swimming pool is clean and detoxification. Enjoy here and will come back again.

I stayed for three nights, and it was the worst experience of my three-week trip to Bali. The room was infested with ants, and the TV didn't work. The location is terrible with nowhere to walk around, and the sidewalks are poorly maintained. The restaurant's operation was questionable, and most of the hotel's facilities, such as the bar, were old, dusty, covered in cobwebs, and non-functional. During my three-night stay, I had to switch to a different room every night. At night, I had to worry about lizards falling from the ceiling, and the hotel staff wouldn't help catch them. Worst of all, I got Bali Belly while staying at this hotel. The refrigerator had rotten water on top of the Bintang beer, causing my friend to gag while drinking it. This hotel has all the disadvantages of both countryside and a hotel with none of the benefits. It's not cheap either, and I never saw staff changing the bedding. I'm sure they don't wash the bedding between guests, as there were always stains. If you're willing to endure all this and want to diet by getting Bali Belly, stay at this hotel.//Great snow// LOVE YOU LOVE!!!!!!!!!3-year-old snowmobile 3-year-old snowmobile snowmobile. The hospitality of the staff was good.However, the room I stayed in was very musty, the furniture was moldy, and even the toiletries had wet boxes and were brown and moldy. It was not a place where people could stay. I was able to change my room right away, but the room I changed to had the same smell of mold and the remote control for the air conditioner was broken and I couldn't adjust it, which was unimaginable for a hotel.

Very comfortable and worth the price and stay. Had a blast on the massage. Also, their staffs are accomodating and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was an 8/10 for me as i am not a chicken lover. Overall its a 9/10 for me. I would definitely stay here again.
