For the price and location well worth it. I stayed here along with a large group of my family with all of us staying in suites. I did check out the private pool villa. The staff were friendly and attentive. 24hr staff onsite. With only 14 rooms:12x suites. 6x upstairs (3 of which can be twin rooms) 6x downstairs (2 of which can be twin rooms). These rooms are a decent size with shower only, safe in rooms. The 6x suites downstairs have a tiny stowage room in each room. Only 1x International wall socket plug which is located in bathroom basin area. All other wall sockets are Indonesian. Couch can be changed into a sofa bed. Small fridge, tea and coffee facilities in room. Iron available request. Hairdryer in room which isnt powerful.2x private pool villas. These are stuido style, large in size and have own private entry and is separate to the suites. Outdoor kitchenette.Property ideal for couples, small families, and small groups. Not wheelchair friendly.Beds are squeaky, the beds itself are on the firmer side. Only downfall is that all suites face the pool and you always need to have your curtains closed. Some day curtains would be nice. Rooms are not blackout. 2x 500ml bottle water replenished daily. 24hr convenience store, bars, restaurants, cafes all within walking distance of the property. Would I stay here again, yeah for the price and location.Onsite restaurant is open from early morning until midday. I didnt eat here as there was so many food options at your fingertipsAs suites face the pool, along with the gardens around the pool mosquito repellent is needed at night time.The property is 300 metres off the main road, therfore at night the road down to the property is dark.

Stuff was so rude and unhelpful, after staying 8 nights there we went to Airport, our flight got canceled so we came back hoping to book the same room, guess what they asked me to pay for one night the same price I payed for 8 nights, knowing I will take it since was tired and lind of late to book anything else, they were wrong. And when I asked reception to call me a taxi she just said there is no taxi. I didn't like it that they were trying to get advantage of our situation, since we were already extremely tired from the airport.

Good value accommodation! There is no hot water and there are some ants and mosquitoes. The location is deep in an alley, so it's a bit inconvenient to go back and forth. It's a good place to stay for just that amount at a low price.

Book and paid using Airbnb. Host message me that it's unavailable. This is owned by company. The employee is lazy. Didn't turn off date that is unavailable. Refund process in a pain too. In the end, offer me lesser room at the same price which was already paid. Horrible experience

worst of the worstYou have to go a long way into a dark and secluded alley.It's scary to go without a taxi in the evening.I must have left the blanket under-dried, but the smell of un-dried laundry was so strong that it stung my nose, so I couldn't sleep with the blanket on, so I caught a cold.The pillow covers were dirty and dirty here and there, as if they hadn't even been replaced.The bathroom also smells and the towels smell like rags.I don't know why this place has such a high rating.I stayed in a place that didn't have even the basics, and my condition only worsened.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a while. Upon arrival the room smelled like sewage but was “tried” to cover up with air freshener. There was no hot water. The bedding was dirty and the cabinets were filled with mould. We had to hold our breath when going to the toilet due to the smell…

We lived for 7 days, so:Minuses-all rooms overlook the pool, if on the 2nd floor even more or less, then on the first floor you will always have the curtains closed.Good rooms 6 (first floor in the corner), 7 and 12 (second).- audibility is simply 100%- cleaning every 3 days or on requestpros- near the ocean (10 minutes walk)- large room- away from the noisy street (birds singing from 4 am😅)- full partitions near the balconies, this is a huge plus, no one wanders past the room- internet is good- the air conditioner in the room did not work well, they replaced it with a new one the next day- helped to steal suitcasesOverall, not bad, if you're lucky with your neighbors.

Room suite without bathtub. On the way to the hotel the road was jammed but when we got there the atmosphere was relieved, calm and cool. The pool was clean. There were lots of places to eat outside, it was better to walk.

This hotel puts you right on the doorstep to some of Seminyaks best restaurants. Even though youre in the heart of the action, the noise level is reduced because of the proximity at the end of the laneway. The rooms and balcony are very spacious and the pool is lovely.

Overall, great value for money! The outside area was great, we could bring a couple friends over and swim in the pool at any time. The reception staff were always helpful. Comfortable sun loungers, large rooms. Breakfast was nice enough.The water was warm not hot - which was fine in a hot country. They didn't clean our room at all in 5 days, you have to request them to do this and we didn't know. but if we had requested i am sure they would have.
