We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, not particularly spacious, but it was perfectly adequate for a couple like us. The hotel also offers a small training room and a nice swimming pool with a stunning view of the sunset, which was a highlight of our stay.The breakfast was simple and nothing too special, but it was fine to start the day.However, one thing that could be improved is the bathroom design. The tap was positioned too close to the sink, which made water splash around and caused a bit of inconvenience. It wasn’t the most comfortable setup.

The hotel's location is very strategic on Jalan Raya Kuta. From the motorbike parking there is no lift directly to the lobby which reduces guest comfort. Today I checked out from room 345. Room 345 is not soundproof from the road which makes the sound of motorbikes and cars from the road very clearly audible. It's time to update the pillowcases. Room cleanliness is very good. WiFi quality is okay. The room size is very good for that price in the Kuta area. Water pressure and hot water are perfect. The television is okay. The breakfast variety is okay and the taste is also okay. Thank you to Mrs. Dhea at FO who helped me with checkin and checkout and Mr. Febri at the restaurant who helped me to pick up plates from previous guests. Good luck to PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta.

Stay only 1 night without breakfast, clean room with standard facilities (amenities, tea, coffee, water heater, refrigerator, no TV). I like the smell of the soap, but I think it's worth updating the towels, linens, etc. which are starting to get dull. Luckily, when I requested a quiet room when booking, it was actually located far from the main road, so it wasn't too noisy.

The hotel is clean, all the staff are friendly, always smiling and ready to help quickly. The breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is nice because it is on the Rooftop with views of the city and sunset, the check-in process is very fast, the bathroom is really ok, the towels are changed every day and the hot water is really ok 👍👍👍 and there is a drying rack also (that's the most important thing 😁) Recommended👍👍👍

The hotel is located strategically near the airport, food stalls and restaurants, and also souvenirs' shop. The room isnl sufficient, clean, but not soundproof, so if your room is located near the main road, you might be quite disturbed by the traffics' sound. The staffs were attentive and helpful, also for a 3 star hotel, the breakfast was also quite abundant and tasty. Will definitely choose this hotel for my next business trip.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, overall satisfied with PrimeBiz Kuta service even though there were a few shortcomings.+ Strategic location. Near the hotel there are many places to eat, minimarkets, laundry, etc. Close to Joger and Krisna.+ Fast check-in and check-out process.+ No deposits.+ For a 3 star hotel, the facilities are more than adequate because there is a gym and spa.+ The lobby is spacious and there are several sofas available.+ The staff is friendly and responsive. Iron request delivered quickly.+ Like other Prime Plaza Hotel chains, the rooms are dominated by brown wood and have an old school feel. But it's wide enough.+ There is a refrigerator and bottle opener in the room.+ There is a safe deposit box and hairdryer.+ Breakfast according to 3 star standards. The menu is varied and there is an egg station.+ Standard amenities. There is a kettle jug and coffee tea kit.- Stayed 2 nights so the room should have been cleaned on the second day. I left the hotel in the morning, returned to the hotel at 1 pm, the room had not been cleaned. Half an hour later, new housekeeping came and offered a make up room. Coincidentally, my husband is a former hotel housekeeper and I myself am also a former hotel FO so I really know that the standard for room make up is to be done before 12 noon. But maybe here it's different, because guests mostly check out in the morning so housekeeping works on the check out rooms first then make up the rooms.- In the restaurant there are no baby chairs available.
