Had a good stay. The breakfast options are a bit simple but tasty.The swimming pool was very clean and the laundry service was also fine.

We had such a great stay here, I feel like the pictures don’t do the place justice. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, every single day the staff make sure both the grounds and rooms are spotless. The staff are so lovely and cannot do enough for you. Would come back and stay here again. Thanks so much!

The rooms are not very pretty, especially the bathroom which is very closed. But the exterior is very pleasant, very well maintained, very good morning space. Kind and helpful staff.Be careful massage around the pool in front of everyone, a little annoying and expensive 250k

Euro/Asia style cleanliness, super friendly service, working air conditioning, and a vibey hang out area with a bar and pool. 15 minute walk to Ulu’s beach. Wifi is decent for remote work also. You can hold video calls without bandwidth issues.

The bathroom in my room was smelling so bad and I know they know this is the case cause the door was closed when I entered and also the receptionist mentioned the place is full and was the only room available! the staff speak very basic English, and want to help but language is a barrier. The pool is small but well kept. The room is very basic even for a deluxe.

Breakfast not that good. Staff was a bit lost, comunication was tough. We asked to pay our drinks and breakfast, day before we leave because we left at 7AM, but they said no problem we will pay next day, well the next day there was nobody there :) we left and send them text, asking how we could pay. Their response was not good, my wife said they made her feel like a criminal 🤣

We thought this place was brilliant. Gorgeous setting, spotless rooms. Unfortunately, we found the staff to be very hands-off and actually quite at times which is probably the only thing which would prevent us returning.

Everything was perfect except for the shower and bed. Shower was an open layout so it gets the whole floor wet when used. If you've travelled in South East Asia, then I'm sure you're used to it but the partner wasn't a fan. The bed was of good build, but a little firmer than I would have liked.

I paid a fair bit for this accomodation $140AUD for 1 night and it was overpriced for what you get. The villa rooms are ok but I have stayed in similar accomodation in Bali for a $40 AuD a night. …

The place is nice, the pool is great. The water pressure from the shower is terrible and the water is only warm for 5 minutes. Unfortunately the fruits from the breakfast don't taste very fresh.

I will not come back to this place* not friendly staff at reception Night Shift* Smelly toilet, I needed to close the door because it was impossible to breathe* Noisy Air extractor in the bathroom and I think it wasn’t working because the smell was disgusting* Big spider in the room, I know tropical weather but I couldn’t sleep with that creature next to my bed* No staff 24hrs, I tried to contact them and no reply until the morning* Wrong phone contact number. Not official WhatsApp from the villas (a person picture) and when I wrote to this WhatsApp asking if belong to the jungle villas, the reply was “hello” so not sure if was the correct number* Very poor breakfast* Very poor wifi in the room and around

BIG DECEPTION!! The hotel is not as announced on booking or Agpda!First of all on my arrival I was informed that the pool is under renovation! (The pool is one of the main reason people would book this hotel and pay that price). They offer me a ridiculous compensation in cash to compensate this situation.The infrastructure of the hotel are not well maintained and not at all worth the high price of the room! On top of that I learn that to use the sauna you need to pay extra money of 200K per person!!On top of that the WIFI does not work! Unnacceptable!!Such a disappointment!! Run away from this hotel!
