we stayed here only for one night, but the owner was so helpful and friendly! free water bottles each day, clean room, nice clean shared bathroom. i highly recommend!

I would not recommend this site to any friends. The condition of the hostel is average, it is not very clean and the service was very poor. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers for ~12 guests. It is also full of very strange posters.

When we arrived at the accommodation the woman at the reception told us that they had a problem with the light when we went up to the room the air conditioning did not work and being on the top floor the heat was unbearable, we told this woman and she told us that after After checking in, nothing could be done, so we decided to leave and make a claim in Paypal and later in booking (although it is not easy) they still sent me an email from Paypal saying that the seller says that he has delivered the item When I return to Spain I will try to talk to booking so that this lady does not try to deceive anyone else since if it were a problem she should have told us…

Pui is lovely! She was really helpful and was always really attentive. The room was clean and with good AC. We were 5 in a family room and it was perfect for a one night in Chiang Mai.

We spent 6 nights there, the beds are a little hard if you're not used to it and the air conditioning worked well but a little noisy. Nothing to spoil our stay, and the owner is so kind and welcoming that it's worth it just for her. Very well located (near a road but too noisy at night) everything is easily accessible

I highly recommend this place! The location is great and the rooms are clean and have everything we need. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and accommodating. We did the Mae Hong Son loop and the lady looked after our bags for a week. Very grateful 🙏🏼 thank you!

Upon entering the room smelled musty, which is due to the (small) bathroom that lacks ventilation. The room is adjacent to a busy road with a lot of traffic, which may bother light sleepers. The room is spacious, but does not have its own refrigerator and the shared refrigerator on the second floor did not work. The free WiFi is very slow and more often than not it doesn't work. The service of the host also leaves much to be desired. Next time in Chang Mai I will skip this one.

The owner of this place is so sweet and really helpful. Great value for money! My only issue here was my bed was very hard. But otherwise it's a good spot to stay.

Good location, parking, can park on the side of the road. The road is wide enough to park comfortably. Use the keypad. The room is clean. The owner says because the price is very cheap, worth it.
