I really liked the room here but the hotel could do with some improvements: there's no check in desk and no information is provided beforehand. I had to ask at the restaurant next door, fortunately a very lovely lady helped me out.The water power in the bathroom is abysmal, I complained and they fitted a new shower head but it made little difference.Also there's no soap/shampoo provided which seems really weird to me.On the positive side though the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and so comfy.The AC was effective and the decor has a chill beach vibe.Unfortunately I think it's next to or part of a club because I could hear drinking games for some of the evening.The area outside my room was nice and chill and has a nice little swimming pool.If you like seafood you could eat next door but there's very little other food options nearby.

Very hard to find, no soap (even for hands). Hotel not clean, bed ok. Weird energy, we weren't comfortable. Luckily it was just for one night before flying.

I am writing this message to let you know what we have experienced in this hotel during the night today. Around 12 at night a German person started listening to music at full volume. My partner came out to ask him please if he could turn down the music and this person who was drunk didn't pay any attention. This person has been making calls all this time in the common area of the hotel, so the conversation could be heard at all times, preventing us from sleeping well. Around 2:30am I went out to ask him if he could lower his voice and he started shouting very loudly. I tried to find someone from the hotel but there was no one there to talk to and tell them what was happening. This person has become more nervous and has physically attacked my partner and me. With all this, we have decided to leave in the middle of the night. With this I just want to express how bad we have felt in this hotel in the hope that they remedy this event and it does not happen to anyone else again.The hotel is fine but people like this should not be allowed to live in this place for the sake of others. If there had been someone at reception or security perhaps things would have been different.

A complete disaster, we stayed one night and a person who said he lived there spent the night playing loud music and being annoying. My partner and I went out to ask her to please turn down the music and her response was a push to her and a slap to me. Since there was no security or reception at night, we couldn't do anything.The same thing happened to some of our acquaintances 1 week before.A real shame.

A night spent in this fabulous establishment.Excellent comm for the arrival.The quality of room 4, with air conditioning: clean, spacious, comfortable, well appointed, quiet,The establishment itself is also of high quality, with everything available and at a reasonable price (11th): swimming pool, kitchen, water fountain,Possibility of purchasing essential items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)The staff is really nice and attentive.As for things to do around, no idea. It was just a step.

Booked this place for one night and I can honestly say, I wish I had longer time to stay in Kuta!From early on, the manager was very proactive! He immediately contacted me asking whether I mind to change the room I requested to a different one because the room I booked had an issue. Upon arrival the manager informed me that the problem has been resolved and I can check in to the room I booked.The room is tidy, clean and well taken care of! The bed and pillows are very comfortable, they have a communal area which is a shared kitchen and swimming pool.Overall I love how they maximize the space they have! Can’t explain more how happy I am with the place and the service.Will surely come and stay with them again in the future!10/10

When I arrived the room was not ready, the towels were still being ironed in the room, there was no soap or toothpaste or toothbrush, at noon the water was turned off, I was confused about who to ask because there was no receptionist, there was a room being renovated so when I was taking a break I heard the voices of workmen

understaffed, room is clean but still they understaffed. when we came the room is not ready yet. unclear check in and check out, no soap and other toiletries, water is off in the morning without warning and we had to report to owner, they still doing the construction so you have to expect noisy sound at 7am ish-5pm ish, no complimentary such as free tea as you read from previous review, i saw mouse running around the kitchen and squeeky sound at night on the ceiling as welllocated near airport, hairdryer available, freeflow water in the shared kitchen space, clean sheets and towel
