I stayed here a few years ago as a long-term tenant (I stayed longer because it was the most affordable accommodation I could find near my workplace at the time).The owners were not friendly, the rooms were extremely dirty, and at one point, they tried to kick me out of my own room to make space for their family members and guests who were visiting from out of town in a few weeks. I decided to move out shortly after that incident and would not recommend staying here. I hope they improve both their rooms and their attitude.

The location is far from the main street, and the room does not have a sink and has some transparent plastic bags on the windows. The sheets on the bed are no longer white for a long time, as are the towels that look dirty, even if they smell of detergent. One of the windows closes. You can hear all the noises outside.

Candidate for Nightmare Hotel.The bathroom is dirty, the sink is broken and the floor flooded. whether it is normal to present a room in these conditions at check in for a payment for 3 nights and 3 people.The gas doesn't work, it has no pots or anything for cooking.Once I complained to change apartment, they told me it wasn't possible, they fixed the sink which continued to waste every day, forcing us to enter the bathroom with our shoes on since it was perpetually flooded.The second day we woke up to a huge cockroach that died in the living room during the night. Full of ants that devoured it.The wifi doesn't work, the staff is rude.I have no other words to add

An unpleasant incident, early in the morning someone opened the door, because it was locked, the father went to the receptionist and took the key and tried to open the door to my room... as a girl, I panicked. How can someone open the door like that while there are people inside...And he tried to open all the doors using the key he was holding..I couldn't open the room because I immediately pushed it. And finally the father moved to the next room.In the morning I asked the staff and it turned out it was a new security guard...Even if it's a security guard, what authority does he have to open rooms like that?

When we riched there there was no one in the reception. After longtime waiting they came. Rooms and ambience is good. Staff behavior is also polite. You can't book this offline, they are available in online booking platform. You can find common pool in the ground which is nice and beautiful.

I stayed here because a friend had booked a room. Previously staying at Kultur Umalas.First, I got a room on the top floor and then moved to a room downstairs. Because it's pitch black above, the lights are completely off... hahaha. 😄Have to wait again, the room on the lower floor will be cleaned first... hahaha. 😇I'm tired...it's gone.There are many accommodation rooms, but this is my favorite. In the front row there are 4 large & spacious rooms.Room no.1 from the left entrance gate, priced at 400K/night, has 2 beds, kitchen, sink, refrigerator.There's a swimming pool.But unfortunately,The receptionist is not always ready to guard, it is always quiet.So people who want to check in or check out are difficult to find.But on the reception desk there was left a note saying contact number. WA 08xxxThat's it... that's it.

The outdoors is nice. Bad indoors. Can't check in earlier even though the room is empty. I came at pkl. 12.20 WIB. But you have to wait until 14.20 before you get checked in. If you want to check in earlier, you have to wait again. Paraaahh..

Location is superb, just near Bintang, the Acton was old So wasn't cold enough, The stairs to go to 2nd floor was very small, beware with the steps. Service was okay, the room is okay, for 12$ a night it's a great value. Wouldn't mind to come back.

Wish I could give zero star. Room 0, service 0, location 0. Loud people talking outside, reception nowhere to be found, my car cant even get inside the narrow street, filthy bathroom, weird smelling bed sheet. Hoping they could fix this.

Nothing like the pictures!!Awful. But reflection of what we paid. We booked a deluxe room and were taken upstairs with all our bags but said that room was under construction so we got put in a small room tucked behind an empty alcohol cabinet but no discount or apologies.Peeling paint, rats, dirty sheets.So loud with dogs & people shouting until 4am. Staff were nowhere to be seen.The bathroom had a ladder propped against it which as a woman made me feel uneasy.The only good thing was the aircon.Would never stay again.

Terribly ugly! It seemed to me that the bed linen was not changed. No! I didn't think so. There was a smell of men's perfume coming from the bedroom. From the pads too. It was not possible to ventilate much. But due to the fact that I returned late, there was no one to change the linen. I was lucky that there were three large clean towels - they saved me from this dirty bed.There are cobwebs hanging on the ceiling. The ear sticks on the windowsill are dirty. It's noticeably dirty everywhere.There are no banal things - toilet paper, no bucket or bag for garbage.The kitchen was also not very useful; there was one rusty knife lying there. But he helped me open the coconut. There are no dishes. No kettle. Nothing.An old building that no one thinks to renovate. Windows “made of paper”, you can hear everything as if there were no windows. Despite the recessed nature of the place, even at night bikes pass by - you can hear everything, a pack of dogs runs along the street and constantly barks at each other.I was tired and all this didn’t really irritate me. I actually fell asleep and slept without earplugs. Now I am impartially describing it as it is. I don't have strong emotions. Because I’m not surprised because I’ve already encountered this in Bali.The only thing I liked was that I booked a luxury room, but they weren’t available and they gave me a two-story apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen.But all this is overshadowed by general uncleanness.Conclusion, below 350k per night you shouldn’t even consider housing in the coastal zone. More or less good starts from 450-500k. Don't expect miracles from inexpensive housing. But anything is possible.
