Booked and confirmed in July for a 2 night stay in October 2024. Had another booking for September 2024 and whilst here we asked about our room booked for October.Only to be told the hotel is closed for renovations at that time. Had we not asked we have no idea when we would be told this. Hotel have supposedly relocated us into another hotel which we have to wait 5 days to have that confirmed.Bed was comfortable and a good location, but this booking issue has left us with a very sour taste and we will never return here. They took our booking and money up front and we have had to argue with the poor reception girl to try and find out what they are going to do about our 2 night stay in four weeks time.Leaving here with no confirmation of that rebooking is not acceptable.

I cannot recommend it. The water area, towels, sheets, and inside of the kettle were really dirty. I don't think you can tell from the photo at all. The towels are gray like rags, and there are occasional brown stains, so I think they wash them without using hot water or detergent. The water was always slimy for some reason...I've never seen a place this dirty before. Also, the sink doesn't drain and gets clogged all the time. I had it treated because it didn't flow too much, but in the end it didn't flow. There were other problems with that room, so I put up with it for a few days, but they asked me to change the room. In the next room something green kept flowing from the shower. The staff said it would be fixed if I kept running the shower for 5 minutes, but even after an hour, the green stuff kept flowing and I couldn't take a shower. Furthermore, I was told that I would not be able to change rooms until the next day, so I rented the shower in my original room that day. The original room had already been cleaned. However, when I looked at the bed, the bed sheets that I had used for several days had not been changed. It seems that the next guest will use the sheets I used without changing them. I found out that when I arrived, there were already gray stains and brown sauce-like stains on the sheets, which were still there, so I realized they hadn't replaced them. Even in Japan, if you're staying for several nights, some hotels don't change the sheets for a week, so it's fine if it's just you, but it was humid and I felt sick knowing that I was also using the same sheets that someone else was using. I was feeling stressed because the water and towels at the hotel were already filthy, but when I saw the sheets that hadn't been changed, I felt so disgusted that I was planning to stay for another week, but I quickly moved to another hotel. I made a reservation and checked out the next day. I couldn't stay at this hotel...I should have looked at the reviews, not just the photos, as there are many hotels nearby with almost the same price. Other people's bad reviews are correct.

The strange hotel doesn't provide parking, instead they tell you to park in front with a crazy and arrogant security guard who has to pay 50,000 for the night. From the hotel there is no solution. Advice for people, don't stay at this hotel, there are many other hotels that are better and more comfortable than this! Arrogant and unresponsive security guard!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and found every thing valuable the price is as per the value . Hotel staff is very friendly and go out of the way to serve their clients . Always welcome with nice smile .I would definitely recommend as they are best in their hospitality .Thanks to Paris and yudi for their support .

As for the location, everywhere is close 👍👍👍The rooms are okay 👍👍👍Friendly receptionist 👍👍👍Security shift morning and evening 👍👍👍Nasgor breakfast with children is enough for the taste ⭐⭐⭐👍The downside is that it's not soundproof but that's okay... Can be recommended to family and friends.

for quality price it is the best hotel I have taken in Bali !!😊 the staff is incredible, the breakfast is excellent, the location is ideal for getting around despite the traffic jams, I also loved the Laundry service! I would recommend it 100% 🥰

the room is very comfortable, including spacious for a price that is very affordable for my pocket who still works part time, the location is very strategic, in the middle of Kuta, so it's close to wherever you want to go... the service is also really good, every morning you can ask for a room makeover... next time you go I want to come back here again🤩

The hotel is very strategically located, close to Kuta Beach and the bustling area, making public facilities and shops easily accessible. However, parking is very limited. The staff here are very friendly. The rooms are clean and nice, but the hot water doesn't work, and the towels appear unclean. There is an indoor pool with an open roof. With affordable rates, this hotel can be a good option for staying in Bali.The location of this hotel is very strategic (close to Kuta beach and the busy center so many public facilities and shops are easy to reach). However parking is very narrow. The waiters here are very friendly. As for the rooms, they are clean and nice but the hot water doesn't work and the towels look unclean. There is an indoor swimming pool with an open roof. With affordable prices, this hotel could be an option to stay while in Bali.

It's really bad, I didn't get hot water for 1 week at all, I complained but they said it was damaged during repairs but they didn't finish repairing it until we checked out, in the room it was very noisy from morning to evening, there were people drilling in the walls, people nailing the walls, it was very uncomfortable, We have already complained and the answer is the same only sorry because there is construction, the motorbike parking lot is very narrow...

For the price range in the middle of the tourist center, it's quite cheap, the room facilities are sufficient (you have to take the bathtub because there are quite a lot of other supporting room facilities and it's on the 1st floor so you don't need to go up) but the hot water is OFFThe staff service is okay, just enough breakfast for this price is already good,

The hotel is very strategic because it is close to Kuta Beach and the mall. Only the room hallway and waiting room in front of the lift on the 2nd and 3rd floors are very dirty, lots of cigarette butts scattered around. The room facilities are quite good at a very affordable price

The facilities listed online are not available in the room. You have to ask the receptionist first. Starting from sandals, hairdryer.And refills of soap + shampoo on the 2nd day were not provided.I've deliberately looked for accommodation that has shower facilities, so I don't have to pack a lot on holiday. In the end, you have to buy it there too.
